They sent out three people to install 5 ceiling cans, and had to come back. Main problem was NO licensed electrician yet charged Electrician rates. And the quality of the products are cheaply made and inexpensive.
I was contacted immediately when I did an online request and Kim scheduled me for two days out between 10-2. The technician, Ryan, was able to come at 9 and within 45 minutes had removed my old ceiling fan and installed the new one. He was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. I will definitely be calling the company for any future electrical needs. Highly recommended.
Ryan was such a great representative of this company! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment until we settled up when the work as done; EVERYONE at Light Electric was friendly, knowledgeable, and super willing to help us with a breaker issue along with installing some LED ceiling lights. I had Light Electric install a light in our outdoor pergola. Kurt and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive to calls/emails, professional, and timely. It looks great and we could not be happier. Kurt definitely knew his stuff and does things the right way, the first time.
We had Ryan and Rhett come switch out a new chandelier for us. They were the nicest guys, efficient and friendly. Highly highly recommend and would 100% use them again!

This is my second experience with Light Electric, and it just keeps getting better and better. Ryan diagnosed the problem within minutes of his arrival, obtained the needed part and fixed it. The dispatcher (sorry, I've forgotten her name) is extraordinarily courteous and friendly. Both times they've been out I've been shocked at the reasonableness of the bill. What a find!

I have been working with Light Electric for several years now and I wouldn't want to work with any other electrician. They are always professional and thorough and give me a good idea of costs upfront.
They installed light fixtures for us as well as new power outlets and helped diagnose some electrical issues we had in our kitchen.
They are the best electricians in Cave Creek and Phoenix. I highly recommend them!
One of the best experiences I have ever had. They did what they said, when they said it, for what they said it would cost! They are the only electrician I would use!
