We thought we would be with out AC due to thermostat wiring not functioning properly. When I contacted the technician he was at my door within 30 minutes and did not leave until he made sure everything was working properly even the things about the thermostat that were not his responsibility or was hired for.

I had hired a different electrical company to install outdoor lighting a few weeks ago and was deeply disappointed by deceptive practices and shotty service so I was a little leery. I spoke to a representative at George Brazil who arranged for a quote. .The stellar customer service experience started there. When the electrician arrived I braced myself and prepared to be overcharged. The quote was a little more than expected but I wanted the project completed. That's where it started! Jon's attention to detail was obvious from the beginning. After a couple of hours I was invited to see the finished work and I was OVERJOYED and changed my mind about the cost. It was worth it! The site was clean and he went above and beyond to make it PERFECT! He even went further into sharing instructions that might come in handy later. I could NOT be happier. I had a mainline leak in my front yard, bubbling up water and I was losing a gallon a minute. I needed someone out fast!Parker & Son's had someone out at 8AM the next morning.Sean and his partner were very empathetic and got to work right away.I work from home so I needed to be at my desk. I also take a lot of meetings, so I asked to be communicated with via text, which he did. He kept me in the loop with everything and I only needed to step outside once, toward the end to observe the amazing work they did.I have a grass yard and they took great care to ensure that when they were finished it still looked good (which it did!). They even laid a tarp down on my neighbor's rock yard to make sure no dirt got on it!Take Away: Parker & Son's are polite, professional and friendly. They exude confidence in what they do. I would not hesitate in calling them again.

I utilized the services of Handyman connection on two occasions and was very pleased with the service and work i received. David DePaul did a great job for me. He is professional, timely, thoughtful, insightful and knowledgeable about the work he does and willing to make suggestions and recommendations regarding the work he is doing while he is doing it. I really appreciated all the work he did including replacing a ceiling fan, centering my dining room chandelier, installing dimmer switches, replacing my bathroom shower head and assembling/hanging an outdoor wall water fountain in my back yard.
