Mike was prompt and showed up as promised which allowed me to meet him as scheduled at my mother in law's house. I was very impressed with his ability to methodically trace back a faulty circuit to diagnose an electrical short in a light fixture that had likely been an issue for a long time. Our family sure appreciates his diligence in finding this before it became more of a danger to her. He represented the company so well that we've already scheduled more work with Simple Electric.

Had a great experience with OE. Oz showed up on time for the estimate, and was great about communication as we talked through his estimate and calendaring. The guys that showed up to do the work - Tony and Fernando - were very friendly and obviously knowledgeable. They showed up on time, and completed a laundry list of items for me. Should also mention that I got estimates from 4 electricians before choosing Oz to do my work. Will use OE in the future.

Edit - since the work was done, I had a few follow-up items pop up. Oz was very responsive to each. Thank you, Oz!

John did a fair amount of work on a house I inherited, fixing many problems and updating many things, including installing a ring doorbell and chimes. Explained the difference between the bulbs. I prefer day ones. Also did my bathroom electrical. Cleaned up. Which is always a plus. ? Very knowledgeably.

I had to leave to go to work for the electrical panel replacement, but I had no concerns about leaving him alone in my house.
