We set up an appointment to clear a clogged drain. Our technician arrived promptly, politely and professionally. They quickly evaluated the issue, and in the process identified and warned us of upcoming issues without trying to sell us services. After blasting the clog back to whatever hell it came from, they added a coupon on to our service, pet the dog, and skedaddled. Outstanding.

Our HVAC unit stopped working. We called Parker and Sons and they sent a technician within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary part and had the repair completed shortly after. Very good service!

Steve was professional, friendly and very thorough. Appreciate him wearing a mask as well as offering to put on shoe coverings. The cabinet handles, sliding pantry shelf installation, garage cabinet removal and repair of exterior coach light were all performed extremely well. Our plan is, at a later date, to have your guys return to re-hang the garage cabinet that was removed and paint the interior garage walls. I’ve been looking for a reliable and good handyman for some time. Found it! Randy and Tyra are a great handy couple. I needed electrical work done and Randy has that experience, which is difficult to find. He is meticulous in his work. I also had some plumbing work and they hung a picture. Everything was done to perfection. They were clean and respected my home. They were also on time and timely responded to texts. I will hire Randy and Tyra again!

I was driving south on Alma School Rd just past Guadalupe Rd heading towards Elliot Rd at 3:14pm on 12-18-22 when I saw your company vehicle, license plate CM34525, in the lane next to me and I witnessed the gentleman throw out the passenger window, what I'm guessing was empty, but a pack of cigarettes, it was white and driving 45 I couldn't see a brand.

As a long time exhibitor participating in events across 5 states we have never experienced a utility provider that treats vendors so poorly. We were a late addition to an event based on a cancellation and didn't have the opportunity to send our electrical order in for the advanced payment discount. We sent the order form in the day we received our exhibitor contract, which was only 1 business day past the discount rate. Refusing to honor the discount their rep claimed they do not negotiate with vendors. As a service provider FOR vendors this type of robotic, boiler plate response is something we have never encountered in 15 years at hundreds of events. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed to say the least. Beware of working with this company in Arizona if you do trade shows. Horrible customer service.
