Gabe was amazing to work with! His customer service is amazing. Gabe installed my gas dryer and made sure he could hear the dryer light. Im very pleased with the work he did as well as the additional information he gave us for some of our concerns. I would definitely recommend One Shot to anyone who needs a “go to” guy.

Their tech - Nathan is a rock star! We're new to the area didn't have any recommendations for HVAC. Needed some help with a thermostat, called Penguin and Nathan came out. Was here really late, explained everything, including costs. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were first on the list I called. Highly recommend them!

I believe our technician was named Daniel. Regardless he was a very professional technician he came out he was on time and really made sure that I understood everything that was currently going on with my AC unit gave me some options unfortunately I wasn't able to do a full service just because money is tight as I'm sure it is for everyone, but I was able to get quite a few things based on the options that they gave me this was a great experience. Highly professional

The Phoenix Handyman showed up on time and was able to fix my list of things that needed to be done. He completed them in a timely manner. His prices were reasonable and willing to hire him again.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

These guys are great. It's rare to find a handyman who is creative enough to solve difficult, small tasks as well as skilled enough to handle the big ones. They are always responsive, flexible when they need to be and most importantly, they always get the job done. I can't recommend them enough!

I did not go in. My son and his 2 friends did. Am told they had a good time. I found it to be too expensive. One of the 3 I drove to the Game On event on Aug 11 had lost his 3 day pass and was made to pay another $49 for a Sunday. I believe his money should be returned as he can prove through his bank and friends that he paid for 3 days in advance of the event.
