I discovered a plumbing issue in my kitchen that I could not address myself. I called George Brazil, and within three hours of my initial call for service, Tim S. arrived to address the issue. Tim S. was polite, professional, and personable. Tim explained all of my options and pricing up-front, accepted my online coupon, and quickly repaired my home's plumbing issue. I call George Brazil for any plumbing/electrical/HVAC needs that may arise, because their plumbers/electricians/HVAC technicians are polite, professional, and get the job done right the first time. I would absolutely recommend George Brazil for any household plumbing needs (from the very simple to the very complex). I cannot say enough good things about George Brazil and all of its employees. A good company to work for!

On a hot summer night in Phoenix, my air went out. I called several companies that claimed to offer 24/7 service. Penguin Air was the only company that actually got a technician to me. Steve was amazing. He explained everything to me clearly and sent me a detailed email follow-up for me to provide to the company that held my warranty. He was sympathetic and knowledgeable. I am due for a new unit this year, and I will definitely be consulting Penguin Air for my future needs. Thank you Steve!

We were all in with the installation plan when he informed us of their warranty programs and excellent customer service. Start to finish Nate was professional and personal. He helped us pick the perfect 2 system package for our home. He answered all of our questions and made the process very easy. Parker and Sons was the obvious choice for us due to their exceptional service, professionalism, and price point!

Our Handyman Mark C. did a wonderful job installing two exterior doors and a pet door. The result was above our expectations, AND he finished four hours ahead of schedule! My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and Mr. Knutson was timely. I was impressed with Mr. Knutson’s knowledge, honesty in what it would take to correctly fix our bathroom shower and his craftsmanship.

As a long time exhibitor participating in events across 5 states we have never experienced a utility provider that treats vendors so poorly. We were a late addition to an event based on a cancellation and didn't have the opportunity to send our electrical order in for the advanced payment discount. We sent the order form in the day we received our exhibitor contract, which was only 1 business day past the discount rate. Refusing to honor the discount their rep claimed they do not negotiate with vendors. As a service provider FOR vendors this type of robotic, boiler plate response is something we have never encountered in 15 years at hundreds of events. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed to say the least. Beware of working with this company in Arizona if you do trade shows. Horrible customer service.
