He and his son were friendly and easy to work with. He installed the lights quickly and the work was completed perfectly. I will call him again for future projects.

Our technician Fernando Ortega was top notch! We had to have our main water line to the house re-routed because of tree roots and a major water leak in the line. Fernando showed up on time, and was very professional and efficient. Got the job done as painless for us as possible! I'm very happy to have the work done, and would definitely use George Brazil again if we have a plumbing issue.

Penguin has always been great in servicing and repairing anything I’ve needed in the past. Today was no different, Owen came by and serviced our AC and checked out our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and efficiently completed the service.

Junior checked out the system, cleaned the coils, made some adjustments, and explained what he was doing. He also made some suggestions for future service. He was very professional. We will continue to patronize this business, if necessary, in the future.

I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I was absolutely ecstatic since it was sweltering in the house at 95° !!!Jonathan arrived & took care of the issue in a very short time. He was very polite, professional, & thorough. I would recommend him as a tech & Parker & Sons as a service provider for your A/C and any other electrical or plumbing repair needs. I reiterate, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service they provided. Kudos ?

I used Handyman Connection to install a keyboard tray in my office desk. They showed up right on time and did the work quickly and I was pleased with the results. My only complaint is that it was a bit pricey for the job done, but the speedy service justified the cost a little bit. I called on Thursday, and my keyboard tray was installed Friday morning. I would use Handyman Connection again, but probably for a bigger job to get more bang for my buck.

Been dealing with plumbing issues since Saturday it’s 6/17 Wed! Other places wanted to charge my parents more $ called Jesse and he came right away! Gave us a good price and did what others didn’t want to do which was climb to the roof to fix the problem! Thank you!

We've had them come out to do some electrical work. They were sub-contracted by KB Homes. They were professional but I wouldn't say friendly which if fine. As long as the work is proficient.

TIMELINESS: Of the three times, they came on time once. Unfortunately, they give you a four window so you can't leave the house to run errands. We were given an 8-12 window and asked for a 30 minute heads up call before arrival. Tiffany O. the admin assistant, assured us they would. The tech didn't arrive until 10:15AM and did not give us a call as requested. As I tried to explain to Tiffany, if we are scheduled between 8-12, then shouldn't we be the first stop? Otherwise, give us a window time of 10-2. She didn't seem to understand the logic so I gave up trying.

On one occasion, they said tech would be arrive between 8-12. We got up early to have breakfast and removed everything off the counter where the work was going to be done. Then we get a call around 9AM to inform us that the tech called in sick and they need to reschedule. For such a large company, I am surprise there is not enough manpower to support situations like this. Every where I've ever worked, management always makes sure there is enough coverage in case someone is out sick. Needless to say, this pushed us back another day and we had to reschedule with the other sub-contractors.

SERVICE:
The don't seem to have a high standard of customer service. Of all the contractors we've received service from, they possess lack of friendliness, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency. However, the last guy who was here was the most proficient. He really took his time and was very thorough. The second guy left without cleaning up all the drywall dust from drilling into the walls. Allen who was the third tech who came out was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He treated us the way he would want to be treated and respected our home as though it was his.

OVERALL: They do good work but they need to improve on their customer service and communication. If you do use them, definitely ask for Allen. He's the guy you want!!

I called Greg Knutson this morning for a garbage disposal issue and he came the same day and fixed it! He did a wonderful job at a fair price, and did professional quality work. We will be using him again and recommend him to others.

I did not go in. My son and his 2 friends did. Am told they had a good time. I found it to be too expensive. One of the 3 I drove to the Game On event on Aug 11 had lost his 3 day pass and was made to pay another $49 for a Sunday. I believe his money should be returned as he can prove through his bank and friends that he paid for 3 days in advance of the event.
