Excellent professional service. Ashley in the office was very helpful and did her very best scheduling my repair as quickly as possible. Mitch did an excellent job installing a new line. Great people to deal with, they are all friendly and professional. They are the go to electricians in my opinion in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

We had an issue with our dryer shorting out the breaker for weeks. Michael and his Father came on time, identified potential issues and stayed to make sure the issue was taken care of in full. They were very friendly and informative. We would utilize their services again when needed.

I would have given this company 5 stars as response was great and technician who did the work, Conrad, worked to correct many electrical items that were, best to say old. I give Conrad 5 stars. The 4 stars comes from the inspector who came out first to quote my job. Do not recall his name, he was nice enough, but an outlet that a previous inspector noted needed changed, really didn't and he never really check anything with a meter or went into what ,if anything needed repair. He just basically asked what I thought I needed and wrote it up. Unfortunately, for me it cost me more than quoted and if I would have known, I may have sought a second quote. That's really the one thing that put this job and company at 4 stars. Conrad thanks for everything you did, I hope this company understand the value you bring.

David gave us a reasonable estimate and did a good job. He showed up when he said he would. I will definitely use him for other electrical work we need done inside the house.

Econolight more than met my expectations. When making capital investments in a newly purchased home you need to find quality companies to work with and I wish there were more than five stars to give! Econolight met with me and my contractor to go over each room and what I wanted to do and brought their own suggestions to the table and we planned the project from there. While I didn't need to do everything that was quoted, once the work started for the approved items, the three technicians were in and out in one day and the house looked better than when they started. Their attention to detail was excellent.
And Jay and his 'J' crew explained everything that was being done and answered my questions as the work went along. Because we didn't know some of the switching that was wired prior to installing the recessed lighting, we were able to utilize some of the existing boxes and wiring which allowed my final job cost to come in cheaper and because of their flexibility and ability to explain and clearly communicate, I was able to afford to get more done during this phase of the project. My contractor Toni (The Paint Wagon) highly recommended Econolight and I now see why. Econolight worked hand in hand with my contractor so that she could follow with painting and fixing where the new wiring had to be installed and Econolight was flexible enough and willing to make a second trip to finish the ceiling fan installations once the ceilings are finished and painted. Confidence in hiring contractors can be hit and miss but using the baseball analogy, Econolight is a home run. Also a shout out to their office staff for dealing with my four changes to the original quote and keeping the project on track. Professional, capable and reliable doesn't begin to describe the work Econolight accomplished.

AJ did an outstanding job, was on time, pricing for the work was great, he laid plastic down in the house as not make a mess. And as our office conversion was a work in progress he also helped suggest some great ideas for where to put accent lighting and how we can set certain things up to ultimately have a great office. Formen lack people skills, lousy communication skills. They never teach you anything and complain about your work and never shows any appreciation. Always hunting down parts and tools, never enough to supply everyone. Very very unorganized! I've never seen such a joke of a company in my life. If you actually like doing electrical or want to learn DONT come here! You will hate it for sure.
