David Daugherty came out to fix my fan today. Couldn't get screw out because it was stripped. Said the fan was warped inside and we would need a new fan. Charged me $67.00 for nothing. My husband climbed up, took out the screw easily and found the warped part. I called Mr. Daugherty and he said he doesn't repair fans, he just takes them down and puts them up. Wish I would have known that. This is a $600.00 Casablanca Fan! I called the fan doctor and they know the problem and will be out to fix it on Thursday. I wouldn't call 24 HR to screw in a lightbulb! They would just say, sorry you'll have to replace the light!

Last night, my under sink garbage disposal, started leaking severely. This morning I called there service dept, & the scheduler said it would probably be later this afternoon. I received a call from the dispatcher, that advised me as soon as one became available, he would call me 45 minutes out. Shortly there after, Chris, the service tech, called me & said he was a hr out When he arrived & surveyed the problem, he showed me my options & explain in detail, including cost, & what my option were! He completed the new installation within an hour, rolled up their signature red carpet, problem fixed to my satisfaction before noon! Nobody in the valley compares! JW

They gave me a quote of $1500 for a job and then tried to nearly double it. When I told them we have a contract and I’m paying no more I was called racial slurs then they walked off the job without finishing.

They replaced my panel at my house for a great price and Jason did a great job.

Jimmy was the tech tdy and was able to diagnose the problem w my ac very quicklyand to fix the problem. He also offered me a discount and a very reasonable plan for future work. Arrowhead Electric installed a new outlet for our Electric Vehicle. They were great at procuring the specific hardware needed for in home charging.
