David Daugherty came out to fix my fan today. Couldn't get screw out because it was stripped. Said the fan was warped inside and we would need a new fan. Charged me $67.00 for nothing. My husband climbed up, took out the screw easily and found the warped part. I called Mr. Daugherty and he said he doesn't repair fans, he just takes them down and puts them up. Wish I would have known that. This is a $600.00 Casablanca Fan! I called the fan doctor and they know the problem and will be out to fix it on Thursday. I wouldn't call 24 HR to screw in a lightbulb! They would just say, sorry you'll have to replace the light!

I've had an exceptional experience though with plumber Adam S who's serviced my water heater, installed a soft water system, an RO water filter and, today, a garbage disposal. Every time he's been ready to explain the best way to use each product and he's been cheerful and efficient. I feel confident that he'll give the exact same service to my wife if she's the one to be home when he arrives. When I've asked about products or services that I wasn't ready to purchase right away, he's never been pushy and he's always willing to spend extra time helping me to understand the relevant attributes of whatever I've inquired about. Adam's probably the most important reason George Brazil is my go to company for home improvement.

I would just like to say that taps and sons has taken great care of me. My apartment has some very bad electrical issues and these guys have been on top of everything and helping get everything fixed. I will keep using them of all of my electrical needs even after i leave my current apartment

I have been happy with the communication of Jimmy and Landon. Landon did some plumbing work for us today and he did a great job!! Jimmy took some measurements for our new AC system and ductwork that will be done soon. Jimmy has been very helpful with this process.

They came did the job and cleaned it better then when they got there I was amazed by the work ethic they had really polite and well mannard most definitely recommend best work I've seen

I was contacted immediately when I did an online request and Kim scheduled me for two days out between 10-2. The technician, Ryan, was able to come at 9 and within 45 minutes had removed my old ceiling fan and installed the new one. He was pleasant, professional, and very efficient.
