Thank you Mitch for your expertise for my businesses building marque sign. Arrived on time and had the job completed in a few hours. He was very professional and clean with the entire installation. No mess left behind, showed me how to use our marquee timer and was very friendly to my shop dog here in regards to making sure she didn’t follow him wile exiting and entering the building. Bri (the women I had been in contact with over the phone) was very polite and helpful. We set up a week advance date of arrival and she called me to ask if I wanted an earlier date that had opened up. I will definitely use this company for all my electrical work. Even though I didn't use TiO for my electrical work, the crew who did the on-site estimate was very professional, courteous and thorough. If the price had been more competitive, I would have chosen them to do the work.

I called Phoenix Electricians Today and spoke with their answering service to schedule a service call about outlets in garage and bathrooms not having power, even after breaker reset. The lady was very nice, took my information and explained dispatch would be calling me to set a time on my preferred day. I assumed this was due to it being late evening at the time. Within two minutes of finishing that call I received a ring from Dennis who was helpful in scheduling a sevice call for the exact time I needed the following day. Dennis and the tech arrived within the first 15 minutes of the two hour time window for the service call the following day. Both were very courteous, personable and professional. They were able to diagnose and have my problem fixed very quickly. Pricing was fair and explained and agreed on upfront before work was done after problem had been diagnosed. A++ experience with this company start to finish. I will most definitely be calling them again for any fixes or work needed done at my place.

Aleksey did an excellent job in our property. We asked him for some basic upgrade and we were very pleased with the estimate, the schedule and the execution. Aleksey is very responsive, always on time and, above all, very accurate. We have a few more projects coming up and we will definitely ask again for Aleksey's help.

We just finished our install with Tap and Sons today. Not only were they the lowest quote we had received, their service was excellent to boot! Raul arrived on time. Work was done before noon. Final bill was exactly as quoted. The work looks great. He tested the lines. At the end he gave me his card and told me how to contact him. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself. What more could you ask for? We will definitely call them again for all our electric needs!

Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

This place was great. I had no power in my home during the day. I have dog's and it is very important to me that they are comfortable and Phoenix Electricians Today understood my concern. Dennis came out within and hour and was able to fix all the issue's and got everything up and running for me and my family of dogs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great service!!!

Not even worthy of a review. I have had an electrical problem at my home for three weeks that's affecting our pool. Our home warranty company referred us to Quality Electric for repair. After numerous phone calls to their office and weeks of getting the run around by their staff we still have yet to get a return phone call from them. I am calling the home warranty company to express our disdain and to let them know how unprofessional they are. I hope that if you read this you do not try and do business with this company
