After reading several different businesses and submitting a request, fortunately one shot Gabe called me. After having a conversation and sending him several pictures he gave me a quick diagnosis. Gabe gave me the best avenue to buy the heater. He then went and picked up the heater and all the necessary parts and came and installed it all in one afternoon. Amazing guy! Had an appointment for Rod to come out to give me a bid on some work I want to do to my house, the appointment was from 2-4pm I called and confirmed the appointment that morning. They never showed up. I called the office twice that afternoon and no one picked up the phone.. I waited over a week to write this review, thinking they would reach out and try to re schedule or least apologize. Haven't heard back from them, in my opinion that shows their professionalism.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

This contractor did an outstanding job on my house and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended. They work with integrity. Will use in the near future.

Sad excuse for an electrical Company they should be embarrassed an ashamed of the garbage craftsmanship and lack of knowledge. So many issues with the new builds in blue horizons community. Maybe hire an actual electrician not just guys who can run romex. Unsafe conditions!
