Great experience with Tab electric. Rough start to Saturday morning when I lost power to a section of my house. Tom was able to come out same day, was upfront about the service call fee ( standard for all home services ) - he was able to trouble shoot and find the bad breaker, and replace it. He had to get creative in my very outdated panel, and was diligent about understand the amps running to that breaker so it will stay on. I'm curious about all things home repair so Tom did all his work with me asking him questions and trying to learn. Def plan to call Tom next time I have an issue!

John was very responsive when I first contacted him, and he has been even more responsive since then. John is very knowledgeable, honest, punctual, and professional. One of the many things I like about working with him is that he listens to requests, offers suggestions, and adapts and implements them--all with a smile and much-appreciated dialog. I contracted through Amazon to install a light fixture. Jeff accepted the job from Amazon. He called me two hours before the arrival window and said he would be arriving an hour early. I told him that I would be leaving work early and could only be home at the originally scheduled time window. He said he would arrive at the beginning of that window (2pm). I left work early to meet him. Twenty minutes before the arrival time, he sent me a text stating he was more than 50 miles away and I would have to reschedule with Amazon. Another text he sent said he was 1 hour and 45 minutes away which was still fine with me, but he didn’t want to drive that long. I reported this to Amazon which is going to be sending him a warning letter that if another customer reports similar issues then he will be removed as an electrician from Amazon’s Home Services. Now, I have to reschedule with Amazon who will send my job to another electrician, and I will have to take another afternoon off work because Jeff didn’t follow through on his commitment.

Over the last 4 months Ive worked with or contacted 5+ different AC companies. Edgar was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how to fix it. The company itself was quick to help me when I called and got someone out to me withing a few hours. I signed up for the Parker Family Plan and can already tell it will be worth the small fee. This is my second experience with Light Electric, and it just keeps getting better and better. Ryan diagnosed the problem within minutes of his arrival, obtained the needed part and fixed it. The dispatcher (sorry, I've forgotten her name) is extraordinarily courteous and friendly. Both times they've been out I've been shocked at the reasonableness of the bill. What a find!
