I used parker and sons for a brand new AC installation as my old AC unit was old and cheap breaking down every 6 months. Nate came by and gave me a free estimate which I felt was a good value based off of the other estimates I received. I ended up choosing them with some really good home Depot financing options they offered. Installation was easy as they were flexible and communicative. The only thing I did not like was the point of sale at install where the installers offered a few more add ons including coil protection, AC filters and surge protectors. The reason I did not like this was I felt like these should have been offered at the estimate vs at install making it feel more like a pressure sale. Other than that everything was excellent.

I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

So I had previously given them 1 star for not answering their emergency line on a Saturday night when my A/C went out. I sent emails to the owners and someone contacted me by Sunday morning to explain they were experiencing a technical glitch with their phones. The service manager called me personally today to apologize. I am truly impressed with the responsiveness to make it right. These guys understand service.
