It was one of the best experience with customer service! Michael was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and with excellent approach to trouble shooting of our electrical problems.I am highly recommending this company and we will definitely use them in the future.

Had a electrician come out to install a new breaker box and connection to the city, a ground wire, stove wire replaced, and ceiling fan in multiple rooms. The ground wire is exposed through my pool area and has been criticized multiple times by other contractors. The fans he installed did not rout to a switch, but instead put the outlet on the switch. There are several other issues we are finding out a year later that they did in our attic. The breaker box is up to code and looks good, but everything else has been problems. Especially for nearly 5k in work. Will never use them again and i highly recommend getting another company to inspect the work once it is completed. Apparently you only have like 120 days to make a complaint about it to the licensing board.

Econolight more than met my expectations. When making capital investments in a newly purchased home you need to find quality companies to work with and I wish there were more than five stars to give! Econolight met with me and my contractor to go over each room and what I wanted to do and brought their own suggestions to the table and we planned the project from there. While I didn't need to do everything that was quoted, once the work started for the approved items, the three technicians were in and out in one day and the house looked better than when they started. Their attention to detail was excellent.
And Jay and his 'J' crew explained everything that was being done and answered my questions as the work went along. Because we didn't know some of the switching that was wired prior to installing the recessed lighting, we were able to utilize some of the existing boxes and wiring which allowed my final job cost to come in cheaper and because of their flexibility and ability to explain and clearly communicate, I was able to afford to get more done during this phase of the project. My contractor Toni (The Paint Wagon) highly recommended Econolight and I now see why. Econolight worked hand in hand with my contractor so that she could follow with painting and fixing where the new wiring had to be installed and Econolight was flexible enough and willing to make a second trip to finish the ceiling fan installations once the ceilings are finished and painted. Confidence in hiring contractors can be hit and miss but using the baseball analogy, Econolight is a home run. Also a shout out to their office staff for dealing with my four changes to the original quote and keeping the project on track. Professional, capable and reliable doesn't begin to describe the work Econolight accomplished.

THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status ? Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

A.J. came out and explained the work in terms I understood. He was very friendly and courteous. He also showed me a couple of issues that I had on my electrical panel from previous electricians. I would definitely recommend his company.

I have been a customer of George Brazil for years. For the first time ever, I experienced terrible service. The man that came was not nice at all. Terrible communication! Wanted to charge over $200 just to move my dishwasher to look behind it. When I asked why, he has no reasonable explanation. It was pathetic! Never again George Brazil!

What a great experience! I found this company on Yelp and sometimes you can’t guarantee you’ll get good service, but they went above and beyond! John was so extremely professional and courteous. He came the same day I called for an in home estimate to install an outlet on my back patio and scheduled me for the service in the same week. Not only did he tell me ahead of time what window he would be coming out, he also followed up the day of and sent me a text to let me know he’d be over in 30 minutes.

You don’t see that a lot with customer service, unfortunately...companies actually following through on what they said they would do. The outlet is perfect and I will definitely be using them again for electrical needs.

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

Called for appointment waited 2 weeks but was ok since I read it was a good company. Called prior to appointment to make sure was on the schedule. Was assured I was on the schedule and maybe they could come sooner. The date of the original appointment came and went and never heard back. No missed calls no emails. Called another electrician.

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

They came did the job and cleaned it better then when they got there I was amazed by the work ethic they had really polite and well mannard most definitely recommend best work I've seen

Tyler was great! He quickly identified a problem with my ceiling fan wiring that a handyman could not. He was able to install it properly and very quickly. He was kind, professional, and even helped me book an appt with a Parker plumber for a different issue. Offered to take away all the fan boxes which felt like going the extra mile. Will use again. This place was great. I had no power in my home during the day. I have dog's and it is very important to me that they are comfortable and Phoenix Electricians Today understood my concern. Dennis came out within and hour and was able to fix all the issue's and got everything up and running for me and my family of dogs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great service!!!
