Best Kitchen Electrical in Phoenix AZ

I hired Simple Electric to replace our 1970s circuit breaker box, install new LED lights, and update outdoor wiring. I'm really impressed by how coordinated and professional the breaker box replacement was! It takes a LOT of people and coordination of local agencies (the city, SRP) to replace a breaker box (I had no idea!) Ashley in the office was very responsive and provided updates on the process. Simple Electric pulled all the permits and made all arrangements. The bulk of the work was done in one day, even with required visits from the city of Tempe and SRP. The electricians did a beautiful job on the box and I feel way safer in our home. Terin also installed new lights for us in our kitchen and bedroom and replaced outdoor wiring and outlet boxes that weren't up to code. I LOVE our new lights! They are perfectly placed in line with each other and are a terrific upgrade. Terin was also very speedy in replacing our outdoor wiring and outlet boxes, including installing GFI outlets and a brand new outlet box on the side of our house. I'm really happy with the work that Terin and colleagues have done, and I'm grateful to Ashley for arranging it all. I plan to hire Simple Electric again.

Tom is the absolute best! He went above and beyond on a very complicated project! Very honest, kind, and knowledgeable! I won’t use anyone else from here on out.

He was on time, did a great job, made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. Great pricing/value. The final invoice was cheaper than originally priced!

I needed to have two panels replaced at the back of my duplex and I was really stressed about how big of a job that this was going to be. I called Phoenix Electricians and Joe Lake came out to inspect my panels. He was very professional and told me that they do these all the time which really put me at ease. Joe was always available to answer my questions and made sure that the job was done on time. When the panels were replaced, they looked like they were replaced properly and that you could tell that Joe knew what he was doing. I have used Phoenix Electricians Today on a few projects at my house and they do good work. I will be hiring them for other projects in the future.

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

Chris came to my home at 10:30 in the evening to save me from a night without A/C.He did a great job and I really appreciate that you offer that service.Mike Fellers follwed up next day to test the unit and install a new hard start kit.Mike stayed and tested until he was sure it was going to perform as it should.He was very professional and courteous.The unit has been working great since then.The unit is only 1 1/2 years old so I have some concerns on why the failure so soon.Bobbie Mandell

When it comes to your electrical system, do not cheap out. This could mean your home going up in flames... Chatting with Tom Buehler, the owner, he's the 3rd generation of electricians in his family. This guy seriously knows his stuff, and also ensures that every person he hires to work on your home is held to the same high standards of excellence. Yes, they might not be the cheapest, but are you interested in the price or the cost? Price is absolutely worth it, the cost of cheap service is possibly your home ablaze - ain't nobody got time for that. Clean, courteous, excellent service, top notch professional work. A company you can trust, every time.

Castle was great. Their electricians are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Scheduling is easy and the arrive promptly when promised. They were informative when we purchased items that would not fit the circumstances. We’ll keep going back to Castle.

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

They came did the job and cleaned it better then when they got there I was amazed by the work ethic they had really polite and well mannard most definitely recommend best work I've seen

My service tech as Angel. He installed the drinking water system under our sink to include alkaline for our water. Excellent job. We had Angel come back and upgrade the installation of our Soft Water system purchased elsewhere. He was on time, the upgrade looks amazing and thorough. He finished by explaining everything he upgraded. We will use Parker & Sons for all our home needs.
