John Russo went above and beyond when dealing with the electrical issues with my home. He was always on time, always courteous and made sure I was happy and satisfied. He came out to my home numerous time to make sure everything was done properly with my remodel/repairs. He worked well with other contractors and construction workers. He answered every question I had and explained exactly what he was doing and why. I have called him several times to ask questions and he has always answered and has always been helpful. I am so glad I chose John with Mr. Electric. He will be my electrician for life!

We hired Arizona Electrical Solutions to do some work at Macys, we are a nationwide general commercial construction company. The owner Will was more than pleasant to work with! He was very knowledgeable about electrical and data. I am very fortunate I called them to come out and complete this project. Working in a retail store is very demanding and political but Will and his crew were a perfect fit. I really recommend using this company!! Not only do they do great work and our efficient but Will is a great guy overall!

After getting an estimate for wiring and hanging ring cameras in our backyard, the technician got started on the work and said he would back to complete the job. We paid the FULL PRICE. When we called to follow up
to get the technician back out to complete what we had an estimate for, they claimed we needed a whole new estimate and that technician would not be back out. Total ripped us off!!

I called based upon the reviews in Google+. David came over and quickly diagnosed our problem to be an APS issue. (whew!) I was delighted to learn that he was NOT charging a service call fee - as too many companies are these days. Good companies who do the right thing know that happy customers will bring them business - service call fees will not! 24 Hr Valleywide Electric will be our first call when an electrical problem arises in the future!

Coppertown Electric is awesome!! What I thought was an air conditioning problem ended up being an electrical issue. Two other companies ended up being a nightmare (not to mention a waste of time & money) before Jerry, Garrett, & Coppertown Electric saved the day (and the summer!) We hired an AC company because we thought we had an AC issue, but they referred us to their electrician. Well, their electrician couldn't fix it and neither could their friend's electrician company. Frustrated, we decided to look online where we found Coppertown Electric based off of Google reviews and the fact they are a small, local non-corporate business. Coppertown Electric lived up to their 5 star reviews with professionalism, politeness, fair prices, and excellent customer service! Amanda was super-friendly, answered the phone right away, and she prioritized our electrical issue to being able to have electricians knocking on our door within an hour. Jerry and Garrett were both super-friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. Being without AC in Arizona is like a fish without water, we cannot live without it, especially with a 4-month-old baby! Thankfully, Coppertown came and saved the day by fixing our electrical issue that the other two companies couldn't figure out! Jerry is fluent in Spanish and after he fixed our AC actually helped my neighbor who was having some car issues. It was also nice that Jerry is a veteran and he conversed with my father who is a vet that doesn't talk to anyone other than veterans. Coppertown Electric is whom I refer to those who I care about that need electricity! My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Ours was an exceptionally great experience in all respects. Armondo and Tony were friendly, on time, extremely knowledgeable and did great work. I would unequivocally recommend them.

Outstanding service! He returned our call immediately and provided a reasonable quote. He installed lights outside our garage and by our front door. He and his son were friendly and easy to work with. He installed the lights quickly and the work was completed perfectly. I will call him again for future projects.

Horrible company to work for they play a lot of non union politics, matt reeves is a foreman who doesn’t backs his own guys , creates lies to go against his own crew

Mike, the George Brazil tech assigned to my HVAC inspection today was early for the appointment. He was knowlegeable very pleasant and explained the inspection process and his inspection results with me in considerable detail. I learned that my 20 plus year old Rheem system was in decent operating shape for its age. I also learned that it was designed for a now no longer available refrigerant that means when there is a leak or normal loss of coolant I should prepared to replace the entire ac unit. This company deserves the quality reputation it enjoys. Mike is one of their techs that inspires that confidence and trust.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Just a HUGE thank you to the Barone team for electrical work at my home today. They quickly diagnosed and repaired several issues in our kitchen and bath areas. No pressure sales tactics were used and they took extra time to explain the cause/ remedy of our issues. I highly recommend this team and will be sure to call them again for any electrical needs.

Absolutely outstanding staff and employees great place to work !!

The technician did a great job! He called and said he could come to my house early if I was at home. Which he did. He finished all the work and explained what the problem was and the price was fair. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. This was my first time with Cricket Residential Electricians and will use them again.
