Best Emergency Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

We have had Gabe come out and do jobs at our house twice now and he has always been professional and done amazing work for us. The first job was the wonky electrical wiring in our hallway, which he figured out!

Our hot water heater went out yesterday morning and he showed up with very little advance warning, assessed the situation, removed the broken one, then went and got a new one and replaced it, all in the same visit. We have no complaints whatsoever about Gabe's work or this company.

Good work but expensive is a good enough summary as any.Needed some repiping done under my sink. Parts (maybe around $30) + labor totaled $800. With about 3 hours of work required, that amounts to about $250 an hour for labor. Not being insulting here, since I can't do the work myself, but having some PVC piping done at the hourly rate of a pretty decent attorney is wild.So, yeah, end result is good, but make no mistake that using George Brazil is a premium you better be prepared for. For me, I'll be looking elsewhere for my next project which is a shame.

Company is super trash, do not work here, do NOT accept bid. That's employees like dirt

I accidentally drilled a hole in my main gas line in the wall of my garage the day before I left on a trip. I arranged for Penguin to have a gas tech at my house first thing 4 days later. I called that morning and was told I was the tech’s 1st stop in the morning. I was without heat, hot water, dryer or stove. I called every two hours for an update on the tech’s arrival. He arrived around 1. Nice young man. Repaired the gas line and reset all the pilot lights. I thought the charge was excessive, but I had no choice.

The technician was so professional, and genuinely a kind person. I was stressed out. He made me feel comfortable. I will definitely use him again. I will tell everyone that I know just how great Parker and son's Plumbing is.
