Best Electrical Upgrade in Phoenix AZ

Loved these guys, had a rather urgent outlet issue with my washer which was locked and full of laundry we needed for a trip. They were there within an hour. The receptionists were super friendly, they confirmed my app w an email, I was even able to pay via credit card. The whole experience was great, did I mention they entertained my toddlers with duck noises and cool tool education! Great experience after calling other places that could only get me taken care of in 7 days! We had the Jim & Steve team.

Mihail the owners son was great. He took my call and was able to come out within 48 hours and take care of some minor electrical repairs for me. I quite a bit of knowledge in various phases of construction and but needed somebody licensed. I could tell Mihail is not the type to cut corners to make a quick buck. He took the extra time to trace down the different circuits and when he was done his boxes were trimmed out perfectly. Don’t hire a handyman for electrical and risk your safety, instead call Starlight.

Following an electrical repair your technician advised that our 1974 wall box should be upgraded and,upon request scheduled for an estimate. Installation went smoothly and on schedule.
The teams of technicians were courteous and informative when they arrived. It took 4 days, start to city inspection and sign off. We are relieved to have our electrical supply system fully functional and up to code. Thank you. Great job.

The new electric box works well... other than that, nothing else from the job I commissioned this company to do was done.
I was told I didn't need to replace the 30year old switches and outlets, by the team that came out, mainly so they wouldn't have to do more work. It then took over a month to get a refund for that portion of the job that wasn't done...
Now almost a year later, they say I owe them more money?!?

I'd recommend almost any other company in the valley.

I love it when you get the same service provider from start to finish. David answered the phone, set the appointment, came out to do the estimate, and did all the work himself. He was polite, professional, and prompt. His work was done well in a timely manner, and all for a fair price. He cleaned up all his workspace too. We hired him to install 3 new breakers to run a tankless water heater. Between the time we accepted his quote and scheduled the work, he took the time to read up on the tankless unit so he knew exactly what he'd be dealing with. All around a great job. Highly recommend!

Saved our Thanksgiving! The outlet to our second fridge went out and they were able to fix it quickly on a Saturday just in time for all our Thanksgiving preparations. We've also had them out previously to work on our old electrical panel and that went great, too!

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! I highly recommend Gideon Service Company. We were given a time frame of 8am-10am. Armando called to confirm the appointment and arrived at 8:30am. He was thorough, attentive and very knowledgeable. He was able to complete our repairs the same day and in a prompt timeframe. I requested for two neutral wire installations. Armando inquired the reason to better help us and when we told him it was to eventually instal a smart switch he connected that for us as well. He saved us so much time and the work was high-quality. Overall, our experience was pleasant and stress free.

A friend recommended Rich Electrical to help with a wacky wiring issue I discovered in an outlet that resulted in half my home going dark. The technician, Fabian, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and explained step by step what he was doing and why. Got the outlet reinstalled, discovered that a breaker had been fried, got that replaced just as quick as the drive to the nearest hardware store. Couldn't have been a more smooth and easy experience.
