We thought we would be with out AC due to thermostat wiring not functioning properly. When I contacted the technician he was at my door within 30 minutes and did not leave until he made sure everything was working properly even the things about the thermostat that were not his responsibility or was hired for.

Tom is a warm friendly tech. that went about his work in a very professional manner.After he finished up his work he very carefully explained what he found and cured. Tom left the work site in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Kudos to this young man.Tom truly enjoys his job and is good at his craft.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. I was contacted immediately when I did an online request and Kim scheduled me for two days out between 10-2. The technician, Ryan, was able to come at 9 and within 45 minutes had removed my old ceiling fan and installed the new one. He was pleasant, professional, and very efficient.
