Light fixture replacement. Serviceman was prompt, competent, and courteous.

Robert and Braydin did an excellent job of installing a new kitchen chandelier for us. They worked efficiently and did a great job. And we enjoyed talking with them. We would certainly use Castle again.

The electricians from Wise Owl Electricians did an excellent job installing electrical outlets in our kitchen. Colin arrived on time and completed his job with a high level of professionalism. I wasn't sure whether what we were trying to do in the kitchen could be done, but he managed to get everything to work perfectly. After the job was over, he cleaned up all of the materials. Even though his project cost was pretty cheap, I believe I should have paid him more than the asked price. From beginning to end, the work was excellent. I will return as a customer.

Have used them for years and have had tons of quality service. Only wish they were in Texas as we no longer are in Arizona.

We called Penguin air as they were a referral from our realtor. The service call was handled in a professional manner. However the extremely high mark up on items replaced like the capacitor that was replaced and cost $300 from Penguin and about $15 on the web and the fuse that was replaced which cost $200 from Penguin and about $11 online I was otherwise fine with having been gouged. However the initial greed was not enough for them and they somehow decided that I had signed up for further ongoing gouging with a $40 / month recurring charge. I called them 2 times to ask them to cancel this service which I did not knowingly sign up for and after the 2nd charge on my credit card decided I was done asking them to do the right thing. I will not be using their services again due to their questionable business tactics, lack of ability to do what they said they would do and tremendously high mark up prices.

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

Technician was on time, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. My problem is with the pricing. $90 can of sealer cost me over $400. R410 freeon they charged me $177 per lb. So a low freeon repair was over $1,000. Randomly i called 3 other AC service companies in the Valley. Avg freeon pricing per lb was $80. Hard to establish pricing prior as you may not know exactly what the problem is. Will not use Tucker in the future. Miss Derek from McConnell Air, never felt ripped off .

I was originally recommended to Mike Waskowich, owner of Creative Electric Company by another electrician who no longer was able to do work which requires climbing up a ladder into an attic. I had purchased three ceiling fans and an entry way hanging light fixture and needed electrical run from the attic into the kitchen and office ceilings. Memo the Foreman, and Guillermo, electrician, both arrived promptly at 7:30 AM and got everything done in a timely and orderly manner. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional and we could not be any happier with their work! This company is terrible. I would not recommend not to use them. I called upon them tp put in a simple ceiling fan and the experience was horrible. First they put in the wrong size fan, so I had to call them to replace it and after one week they finally replaced it. After installation of the second fan I noticed that it was shaking, so again they came back out and after two hours the technician left and the fan is still shaking. So after talking to the Office Manager Nathan he scheduled an appointment with what he called a Master Technician for the following Tuesday between 9-12:00. The Technician never showed or called. This company has been a terrible experience and I would say that as consumers we do have options and when we hire someone we expect the work to be done on time and correctly and based upon my experience with this company they have proven no to do so.

The young lady who answers the phone, Rebecca, is always courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely use their services.

Reckless driver, driving on I-10 this morning 6/21/17 and one of the company trucks almost hit me. I dodge my car to avoid a crash and the driver didn't care I as he kept speeding. Got close to the truck and got the name of the company RWK Electric, driver was with head down looking at the cell phone or something else. Called the company immediately, Lindsay (owner) apologized....BUT reckless driver almost hit me. Thanks GOD for your protection.
