Best Upgrade Electrical in Philadelphia PA

I've had Larry and his crew out a couple times for various jobs and they're always on-time and do good work. They are great about cleaning up after themselves and patch any holes they have to make in walls. Nice guys too!

Astrit did a great job installing a 30 circuit electrical panel. He came out right away to assess the work needed and provided me with a fair estimate. Once the price was agreed upon he immediately went to work. We ran into a stumble where he had to cut open the wire to make sure water wasn't trapped inside and instead of him just taping the pipe he installed a new one. His work is of great quality and I will definitely use him again.

Did a ceiling fan replacement for me - good price, responsiveness, easy to schedule, did good work, kept the living room clean while installing the fan, would recommend them.

Tom did a great job and was very reasonable in price. I am a general contractor with electrical experience and I needed Tom to finish a project for me. He did not make the the job into a bigger project than needed, most electricians with large overhead would have! Definitely would recommend

They were available on short notice, on a Sunday, to help me install my new panel upgrades. Their electrician was quick and neat and gave me quality service. The pricing was more than fair for same-day emergency work on the weekend. I highly recommend it!

George and his team did a couple of jobs for me over the past month. Relocated a chandelier and replaced my electrical meter and outdoor wiring.They were on time and responsive through the process. If you’re wondering, yes you should hire them! They did such a wonderful job and quickly. Edmond and his team finished re-wiring three rooms, the set up, job, and clean up was done impeccably. In addition, he came back to install a fan after I mistakenly got the wrong screws. They care about their quality of work and it truly shows. I’m so glad I found them!

Prompt, same day service. Electrician came on time, fixed my outlet and helped me get my internet back up. Took time to explain what caused my problem, was courteous and respectful.

I’ve only had my inspection so far but I really recommend this company! A Black owned business with wonderful workers. Maliek was professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. He was able to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer in a way that made sense. He also went over my home inspection with me and found issues that the inspector didn’t. Also I was given two price points to choose from for the work I wanted. Great all around!

Talking about phenomenal service- First I am very critical and I’m never satisfied so for me to write a five star review means that you have to trust what I say. The 2 gentleman who did the work were Ashfor and Manny(I hope I’m getting the names right) in any event this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor by far FIRST they showed up at the time they say they were going to show up they call me when they’re leaving there location then they call me when he gets to my location and they just come right in and get to work straight business but very pleasant respectful gentlemen. I felt very comfortable with them being here I even told my boyfriend and my son that they didn’t need to be here I was OK being home by myself they didn’t have to come over that’s how comfortable they made me. Now let’s get to the work that they did: They gave me new doorbell installation new outside light installation every single one of my sockets and light switches were replaced they installed a brand new fuse box And (Labeled it For Ya Girl) They got me a new box for the outside of my house electrical box I don’t know what it was but they redid that. When the final day Manny had to do another job so Ashfor worked by himself ?I was nervous because I knew what he had to do and I was worried that he would get exhaustion or something BUT when I tell you he KNOCKED IT OUTTA THE PARK?? I mean he did that thing. So overall what I am saying is if you need any electrical work done any contracting work done you need to put your resources into A M Electric!!!! Oh did I mention i’m a neat freak I have OCD probably from working in a hospital but I will say that when these two gentlemen left my house you couldn’t even tell that it was any kind of work done at all they took two fans down out of two of my back bedrooms and replace them with dome lights you could not even tell that the ceiling was even disturbed let alone there was not a trace of trash particle plaster nothing on the carpet or in the regular floor because one room has carpet any other one has a plank floor nothing no trash no nothing they completely cleaned it up . Trust me I don’t give phony reviews because as I said before I’m never satisfied and the only time I give a review is if I’m really satisfied or not satisfied at all there’s no in between. We are new homeowners (in a very old house) and we have already used Gen3 for a major electrical project as well as HVAC monitoring/maintenance. Travis has checked out our HVAC system and been super informative, which we appreciate because there is a lot for us to wrap our arms around. We also had Dan, John and Roger here for several days doing a knob and tube remediation. They were very thorough and shared a lot of information. And when we were in the process of negotiating on the house, Josh did the initial knob and tube evaluation then spent an hour on the phone with me so I'd have all the context my husband and I needed to make decisions. The office and dispatch team is communicative and professional. So overall, we've had very positive experiences with friendly, knowledgeable people!
