I had a very good experience. They went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of. They did a great job and I could not be happier with my experience.

Based on a recommendation from my colleague, an electrical engineer, we had Tom come out and look at an odd problem we had with our 100 AMP panel that another electrician had failed to figure out the previous day. Tom quickly diagnosed and solved our problem. He was quick, professional and clearly very competent. Highly recommend Tom.

On July 12 the men came out to check my electric panel and charge me 55.00 dollars. I was ok with that but he said that if I wanted them to fix it, he would take 55.00 off my bill. And said he will send me a back down how much it would be to fix the panel. The he was going to send it that night. But he did not. So the next day I called him and ask him what happen I never the break down and he told me that he would email me the break down and I never got it. If he did not went the job,he should had said no I do not went the job I would have understood that but he should have never changed me if he was not going to take the job. I would understand if he took the money if I did not want the job done. I did not tell him yes; I wanted the job or noI did not want the job. I just need to figure out how I was going to pay him. If he does the right thing and give me back my money, I will let you guys know. And in the end they did right me!!Happy

Needed an electric outlet for my new dishwasher. Former one was hardwired one. The only thing he did, just connected the existing wire with the outlet switch. Just to install that outlet, he charged $460. I think it's little pricy.

I own a barber shop and I have had GE Electrical Services do many projects at my store installation of lights and receptacles.
They are always on time and very fair prices.
I highly recommend GE ELECTRIC at any time.

I’ve only had my inspection so far but I really recommend this company! A Black owned business with wonderful workers. Maliek was professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. He was able to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer in a way that made sense. He also went over my home inspection with me and found issues that the inspector didn’t. Also I was given two price points to choose from for the work I wanted. Great all around!

This was the single most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The appointment was scheduled the day prior according to his availability. He arrived late. He was rude. Upon arrival he demanded an “after hours emergency fee” that was not previously disclosed for a 5 o’clock appointment when the hours online are 7a-7p. He insisted “he knows it’s the appliance” without even checking anything. And then demanded a $125 fee to come out when he did NO work. He was here for less than 15 minutes and we have security footage to verify it. When asked about what this fee was for he stated “Im just an employee it’s a business fee”. Online he listed as the business owner. He then stated it would be a minimum of $250 to check the power and he was “on the clock” when he started and it would be “time and a half to double” in addition. He became angry when questioned about this pricing. To which we just asked him to leave. I am very concerned with the legitimacy of this “business” Do not use this company!

Brian was great! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. True professional! He fixed our outlet that burned out and explained what probably happened. He also gave us an estimate on a few other projects we will be using Gen 3 for in near future.

I find it difficult to reconcile the favorable reviews here with my distasteful experience with Theo Linde. He won't answer his phone -- ever. He insists his customers communicate with him only by email, even to schedule an appointment. He takes forever (WEEKS!) to respond to emails. He refuses to discuss his proposed work -- including specifications. (Reputable contractors don't do this.) Then, an hour before he was scheduled to begin work, he sent me an email increasing his price significantly, saying he was just getting around to reading his emails. Really?! He may be a decent electrician, but not worth the frustration of dealing with him.
