We called Pro Tech on Sunday afternoon due to a grounded wire sparking. Within 24 hours we had the diagnosis and the crew came out the next day to fix everything. Great and professional people to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent service.

Our wired smoke alarms started misbehaving in the middle of the night, so I contacted these electricians to see if they could come the same day to install my new nest wired smoke detectors. Their work was efficient, and the device was well-planted.

Al sent Rich out to have a look at our flickering lights. He was really nice and fun. In between doing the job he gave good conversation and insight onto what he was doing. I had scheduled the day before to have someone else do the work and even gave them $400 up front. After Rich looked over our bill he said they had overpriced us for irrelevant work. My handyman neighbor said the same thing after showing him the other guy's bill so I trusted Rich knew what he was talking about. I then chose to cancel on them and have Rich do more work (for less than half of the other guy). He did it well and was even finished within 2 and a half hours. I recommend them as they do as much as possible to accommodate customers and are overall pretty convivial people.

This is the best electrical company I have used. I had a problem with my panel, they came fixed it and upgraded the whole panel in no time on a Saturday night. Arrived on time, educated me about what my options were for my needs and successfully completed installing my ring cameras. Ed gave me a quote for replacing a seriously worn power line to my meter box from the PECO line on a Friday morning. Since I work from home and could not afford being without power during the week, he accommodated me with Saturday service. …next day!! In short he quoted and provide his service within one day…WOW!! I had called Mata Electric one morning because I had no electricity in two of my bedrooms. Someone was able to come out to my home later that evening. Mr. Mata took one look inside my breaker box and knew exactly what the issue were and was able to repaired it in no time. Great service.

After requesting an estimate, Jack showed up on time and gave a very reasonable quote for the amount of work that needed to be done. The work was scheduled quickly and in a good time frame. Staff were professional, courteous, and all around great guys. Work was done in under the time originally given. Greg is an upstanding and thoughtful professional. I emailed him about what I thought was an innocuous electricity issue after hours on a Friday. Greg called me back on Sunday. He told me on the front end that he couldn't take the job because he was fully booked for a while out, but he was concerned about some of the issues I had mentioned in my email and wanted to talk me through it.He spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with me (on his only day off!!) explaining how my electrical system works, what could be causing the issues, and why that could be a serious problem. He knew he wouldn't make any money on the call, yet he took time out of his day because he was concerned about my safety. And he explained everything, from the basics of electricity to the specifics of the issue I was experiencing, patiently and clearly. And it turns out he correctly diagnosed just over the phone!We're lucky to have an electrician like Greg in our community.
