Hey I would love to give a big thanks to Andy an electrician for your company...He came to my house two days in a row to fix a a problem with my a/c heating system in my house...I had the company who installed my a/c heating system come to my house because I thought it was a problem with my system...the employee for the company who installed my system said it was an electrical problem...so I called ep electric to come out and do the job...The electrician Andy came by and fixed the problem...I would recommend this company as well as the electrician Andy to fix any electrical job that you may have...Thanks Andy I really appreciate it...

Tom did an amazing job with the laundry list of jobs we gave him in our fixer upper including replacing our electrical panel, repairing outlets in multiple rooms and repairing lights. He was on time, professional and courteous. He cleaned up after himself, showed pictures and explained his work and is very fairly priced! I would definitely hire At Home Electric again.

Alba Electric is the most reasonably priced and gives fantastic customer service. They do expert work and are trust worthy. There techs will do the right job, not over price you or suggest high cost fixes. They have even on occasion given free advice and given some preventative service free of charge. I recently lost hot water in my home. I noticed this occurred around the same time I lost electricity in my master bedroom. I wasn't sure if they were correlated being that our hot water heater was gas. However, I realized the hot water tank did have a contraption that looked electric. I contacted Alba and they came out immediately. He found that a breaker fuse had gone bad controlling the master br and the heater contraption. He swapped out the fuse and then relit the pilot on the heater free of charge. Im almost sure a plumber would have charged me what Alba charged just to diagnose the problem. Then would have charged me for the breaker and perhaps told me something on the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Ive been in that situation a few times but its good when you can find a service that you can trust!

Gen3 came out at no cost to give estimate on a potentially bigger job than I had anticipated. Dave was timely, courteous, and professional. The absolute best company you could hire to do any electrical work. Please don’t even waste your time or money calling any other companies. I did extensive research and had many companies come out and give me a quote. Which I paid for by the way. I luckily came across an amazing review of iTech and decided to give them a call. Best decision ever. Tony came out same day and gave me a quote that no other company could even come close to. I’ve used them twice now. They’re prompt, professional, fast, courteous, knowledgeable, do excellent work, and most of all they’re more than fair in their pricing. You will not get a better deal unless you’re an electrician and do the work yourself. I will use them for all of our electrical services from now on. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

They drove out here and cancelled because they couldn't find parking right next my house. There was parking a block away. I watched someone park 1 minute after they called me half a block up my street. All that needed to be done was to replace a couple outlets and to get a quote on some additional work for a later date. They complained to me that I scheduled them to come out when there was construction going on on an adjacent street, not even my street. As if I'm supposed to know when the city is doing construction a block up from my house.... They were extremely rude about it. This is Philly, parking is hard sometimes...

I had called based on a friend’s recommendation, and I felt more comfortable knowing the business has been around for quite some time, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Ran into quite a few electrical issues when I purchased my first home, and I didn’t really know where to turn. Scheduling was amazing, and I managed to have someone (John) come out for service very quickly. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and gave me several options for how to remedy the issues, never felt any pressure in making a decision. Very personable, professional, and safe. Explained absolutely everything as he was completing the service, and it’s almost embarrassing to say, but I think he left my house cleaner in the areas he worked on than they were when he got there. Top notch service, would definitely use again for any electrical issues in the future. Would never use anyone else. A++

Florian is very prompt and professional. He upgraded my 40 year old panel in a day. He also fixed landscape lighting for me and repaired a switch to my front door. Very reasonable and cleans up after the job is done. Have referred him to several people. He is great!!!
