Best Home Electrical Repairs in Philadelphia PA

I highly recommend Larry Lauterborn and his team! We have an old house that was built in 1925. We put the house on the market. Our first buyer walked because of existing knob and tube. We have a second buyer who wanted the knob and tube replaced. I googled knob and tube replacement and read lots of horror stories about electricians having to tear down walls and ceilings and even floors. Needless to say, it kept me up at night because our beautiful home has lots of original details that are very rare. We had two electricians come to the house only to have them say that the job was too complicated. Because we were under contract, Larry was very responsive and scheduled the work for us despite the fact that he was very busy. We have an original tin ceiling in one of the bedrooms that has been very attractive to buyers. Larry assured us that he would save our tin ceiling. Minimal damage was done to the walls and all of the holes were patched. Larry even addressed issues that the inspector did not catch. Don’t mess around with electrical work. Hire the best! Larry is one of the best with years of experience in replacing knob and tube. And he is really funny! Our house just sold!!!!

I called All Star because it was a local business. Miri and Erwin came to fix our ceiling fan light fixture which had not been working for several months. They arelia4s and scamme4s, the guy that came to fix our house said that was important and urgent but $5600. He told us to call our insurance so that they can talk to him but they said that he said it wasn't important. The insurance didn't pay...

Ronnie & Andy were professional and polite, they took the time out to explain the issue and what needed to be fixed, so that i could understand. Both gentlemen took their time and completed the job, with professionalism.Once the job was completed they explained what was done & tested the electric to make sure it was working correctly!They also ensured i had a year warranty & 3 year parts replacement. When I called GE, I really needed help because a prior contractor really messed up my electrical work in the house. Edmond was quick to respond, made all of the corrections, installed my new electrical panel and professionally installed the heated floors in my basement. He was quick with follow up needs and questions, and provided me with the documentation I needed to pursue legal action in regards to the former contractor (for which he did of his good will and professional courtesy). We will be using GE Electrical in the future for our electrical needs.

Called up, came by the same day to give a quote. Very reasonable for the work done. Said Sat 8-9 start time there at 8.15 and crew of 4 came they were complete by noon. Put down drop clothes swept and cleaned. I will use them from now on for all my work needed.

This guy tried to charge me $4000 for a $300 dollar job. I let him look at what needed to be done and he said $4000 and he said couldn't give me receipt for the work. I call another electrician they fixed it for $300. This guy tried to scam me stay far away.

I cannot recommend ElecTriCity enough! My spot lights in my living room were burned out, outdated and awful; not only could I barely see but my electric bill was sky high. I also had a chandelier in a very high ceiling over my stairs that I had been wanting to replace for a long time. Florian worked with me to fit my busy schedule and work with my budget. He ordered all my materials for me and installed everything quickly, beautifully and professionally. My house looks completely different with the new lights and I could not be happier. My eyes and my wallet are very happy. I highly recommend this electrician!
