They came not only on time, but caled and ask if they could come earlier.They made a safe and sound job of my not so smart attempt at installing a ceiling fan in an old house with old wiring. Neat, clean and fast too, done in less than an hour, even though they had to saw through my slat ceiling to put in the junction box. Plus all of them were pleasant and willing to answer any questions. Definitly my go to electricians from now on.

I called EP Electric to fix some electrical problems I was having in my home. I called them yesterday and Ron and Alex came out today and they arrived on time. They promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. They are very professional and very nice and explained everything that was going on. I also had a light switch that wasnt working properly that they fixed free of charge. Ive used other electricians in the past and have had horrible experiences. This was the complete opposite. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve now used them 5 times and they are always excellent. Quick response, quality work and always a better quote than anyone in the area. They’ve repaired multiple electrical errors in my residence that were there when I first purchased. These guys are the best.

I had this company come out this morning for a electrical probem in my home and they were at my home at the time they told me and corrected my problem immediately and didn't overcharge me in anyway shape or form. GE Electrical was professional and reliable through the whole process. He gave me an accurate quote and completed the job as expected and on time. I had to install a new end box for the underground service wire coming in from the streets with a new meter box.

Altin did excellent work. I highly recommend him. He was very respectful and cleaned up after himself.I needed a new service cable and ground.I texted him a picture of what was needed, he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, and he came over and completed the job next day.

My wife and I just purchased a new home In Roxborough and we had some electrical issues to take care of before moving in. Dave was ableto come to our house and take care of these issues and more that we uncovered. We had our panel replaced, a/c disconnect for central air and some gfi’s installed in a few places. While he was working in the basement we uncovered a few wiring issues that he was able to solve without any issues. I was very happy with the service. Dave showed up when he said he would, performed the work at the agreed upon price and went above and beyond. I will definitely use him again for any electrical or wiring needs in the future. Two thumbs up!

I have been a client with Gen 3 for many years. Initially the service was great and they were kind, responsive and very professional.In the last two years the service and quality has gone down immensely.They had rewired my house and within a week of doing that, an outlet that they had replaced caught in fire. I called them and they said that they could not help me since it was after hours. My outlet was on fire!!! Fortunately, another company immediately came and fixed the problem. Two days later, not one but two days later, the tech from Gen 3 strolled in and apologized.The telephone staff are very good at apologizing and hoping that it is enough to fix a problem. But even the customer service representative sounds like an apologetic machine just repeating the same script over again.Lets give them another chance.So today i called about my water heater which is leaking. And they said that they would send someone tomorrow if not the day after. What use is it to have priority if the problem cannot be solved on the day? Or even offer a bandaid solution to try and sort of temporarily solve the problem.Fortunately, i called around and found someone reliable who not inly facetimed me to help troubleshoot a problem but also offered to fix it the very next morning so he could get parts.Gen 3 were unable to try and offer any help what so ever.They again used the same script to apologize that they could not help.Moral of the story, dont use Gen 3 if you have an emergency. Only use them if your appliances need a regular service.Otherwise you will be frustrated.
