I had All Star Electrical come out to diagnose an issue with an outlet after it sparked and it fried my phone charger. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and Erjon came out the next day.Erjon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new outlet very quickly.I highly recommend Erjon and will be using him and All Star Electrical for any future electric needs I have.

Arrived on time, educated me about what my options were for my needs and successfully completed installing my ring cameras. When I called GE, I really needed help because a prior contractor really messed up my electrical work in the house. Edmond was quick to respond, made all of the corrections, installed my new electrical panel and professionally installed the heated floors in my basement. He was quick with follow up needs and questions, and provided me with the documentation I needed to pursue legal action in regards to the former contractor (for which he did of his good will and professional courtesy). We will be using GE Electrical in the future for our electrical needs.

He was able to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer in a way that made sense. He also went over my home inspection with me and found issues that the inspector didn’t. Calvin installed three lights for us and went above and beyond by patching some areas of drywall, thoroughly cleaning the task area, and even removed the trash from the new lights for us. endorse this company and Calvin/Trevor/Brett in particular. Derek was referred to me by a friend who used him. My parents are getting ready to sell their house and needed an inspection done. Well it's an old house and there were several things that needed to be done to get up to code. Derek and his team did a great job at a reasonable price and were on time. We've used iTech Electric a couple of times now, and they are easily among the very best professionals of any kind we've had doing any sort of work on our house. They have consistently been very responsive and punctual, and on two installations they were able to fish wire through the entire house without making holes in the walls or ceiling.

Update to my original posting this morning. Today I received a call from the owner Jeff and he advised me there was an inadvertent overcharge as he thought 2 GFI/Switchs and bubblecovers were purchased and installed during the Worker's visit. He apologized and said he noticed it when he processed my payment today and reviewed the invoice. His call and response was professional and the right thing to do. He is correcting the charge error as well. Therefore, I am satisfied with the outcome and appreciate his actions.
