Best Emergency Electric Service in Philadelphia PA

I was tired of service companies being dishonest, rude and unprofessional. All-Star electric was quite the opposite. Erjon arrived on time, was very pleasant, quick, honest and did good quality work. He also provided a very detailed invoice, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and the price of each item/service being charged.

I thought I had dryer issues so I took a chance on this company. What a great choice. They were punctual... I had to get to work...the estimate was a great price So I immediately agreed to the work. they did the work right on the spot. Quickly and efficiently That was approximately 7mths ago... I've had no issues with any work the work they did. I'm gonna give them as call soon for recessed lighting in my living room and a ceiling fan in my hallway

They came to fix my electrical in my kitchen. I was having a slew of several problems with several outlets tripping all the way to the breaker. I had friend/family members come who had electrical knowledge to look at my issues before EP electric and they were unable to solve them, seemingly too complicated... Not for EP electric though! They came in and were quickly able to diagnose and fix the issue. They were in and out fast, even with having to cut open holes for new outlets (they also put in the effort to do so in the cleanest and least invasive way possible).I will absolutely be using them again!

The technician was extremely helpful. He arrived on time and actually listened to all my concerns upon arrival. He focused on making the repairs I requested and then spent time with me showing me the repairs and answering all my questions. We then discussed additional work that could be address during future visits. His pricing was very fair and competitive. I trusted him and would, with confidence, recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, skilled electrician.

They were available on short notice, on a Sunday, to help me install my new panel upgrades. Their electrician was quick and neat and gave me quality service. The pricing was more than fair for same-day emergency work on the weekend. I highly recommend it!

Alba Electric is the most reasonably priced and gives fantastic customer service. They do expert work and are trust worthy. There techs will do the right job, not over price you or suggest high cost fixes. They have even on occasion given free advice and given some preventative service free of charge. I recently lost hot water in my home. I noticed this occurred around the same time I lost electricity in my master bedroom. I wasn't sure if they were correlated being that our hot water heater was gas. However, I realized the hot water tank did have a contraption that looked electric. I contacted Alba and they came out immediately. He found that a breaker fuse had gone bad controlling the master br and the heater contraption. He swapped out the fuse and then relit the pilot on the heater free of charge. Im almost sure a plumber would have charged me what Alba charged just to diagnose the problem. Then would have charged me for the breaker and perhaps told me something on the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Ive been in that situation a few times but its good when you can find a service that you can trust!

Recently moved into an old house (1901) with outdated electric. Problems arose the day before settlement and Steve with TE sent someone out within hours. They analyzed the problem and provided an immediate quote. Following settlement, Dimitri began work and caught several major issues - the biggest being an ungrounded house with a bad negative connection. Once renovations began, he walked me through the issues and the best solutions. This was a major expense, so long the way, Dimitri looked for ways to cut costs and save me a few $$$. Overall, couldn't be happier with the communication, response time, and quality of service!

Edison was very nice, prompt, and personable. Not annoyed by my many questions and had some interesting stories of his own to share. He handled my light and ceiling fan as if he has been doing it for years (surprise). Very clean neat and accurate work. I felt more like he was a guest in my house. I also loved that he gave quotes over the phone.
