We needed to replace the power panel in our condo. William from Gen3 could not have done a better job and we are extremely satisfied in his work. We very much appreciated the meticulous way he completed every step giving us full confidence it was done right. He even took the extra time to install a GFCI on our deck that was not on his original work order. For as long as we lived in the city we used Gen3 and although every electrician has been good, William was exceptional.

Edison was very nice, prompt, and personable. Not annoyed by my many questions and had some interesting stories of his own to share. He handled my light and ceiling fan as if he has been doing it for years (surprise). Very clean neat and accurate work. I felt more like he was a guest in my house. I also loved that he gave quotes over the phone.

Have used John multiple times, always responsive, shows up on time and doesn't miss appointments. Has even helped me trouble shoot over the phone to avoid a visit altogether. All those little reasons are why I call him time and time again. Highly recommend.
