Andi and EP Electric are terrific electric contractors. They did a fantastic and professional job in replacing the old 100amp panel by installing a new 200amp panel for my 2262 sq feet rental townhouse in East Falls. And as far as i can tell, they have all the expertise and they covered all the bases for me. I cannot be more satisfied with their work. And their price is fair and reasonable, as far as I am concerned! Andi is particularly easy to communicate. It was a total pleasure working with them. Also, Andi did a thorough inspection of the electric work done by my general contractors for my basement-finishing project. He was very meticulous in noting a few code violations. He's the exact gate keeper that I need, or every home owner needs, for critical projects. To sum, the best thing I like about Andi and EP is that they are meticulous (in covering all the bases for me), very skilled, and using no-nonsense approach! And their charges are fair and reasonable! EP is, and would be, my No.1 preferred electric contractor for any electric work, big or small, so long as they are available and interested in helping me!

I am very happy with my service. I called and Tom came out the same day to give me an estimate and scheduled repairs the next day. They were on time and were very careful and neat : covered all the furniture in plastic. The indoor lights are just hat I wanted and the exterior outlet was installed super quick. I highly recommend and will call anytime I need electrical work.

These electricians are super professional, courteous and attentive. They arrived ahead of schedule and went to work and explained everything to me as I asked. Gary was right on time and the installation of my replacement of my light fixture in stairway went great even with the difficult position it was located. Called for a quote to install a pendant lighting fixture. Obtained an estimate over the phone and the electrician was out the same day on time to install. Electrician wore a mask, was very professional and did a nice job. He also left the area clean. Will use again and highly recommend.

I don't have enough kind and amazing words to say about Express power. John and Eric were by far the best contractors I have ever had in my home. Firstly, John came right out to my house to give me a formal estimate of a complete house re-wire to replace old knob and tube and to upgrade to 200 amp service. The price was by far better than the 3 other quotes I received. They were able to change scheduling when I had issues with the closing on my house which was so helpful and accommodating. The work was done in an incredibly clean manner and they explained everything as the work progressed. They left the home completely clean from all material and trash. John and Eric were very respectful, kind, and generous even helping us with extra patch work in drywall. Don and Tom did an excellent job replacing portion of my waste pipe. They also changed some valves in the basement. Their communication was good and they charged a fair price for the job. I would recommend then for plumbing services.
