John was very abrupt on the phone with me. I had put in a request for an estimate, but then I didn't need them because I was able to find the problem and fix it myself. I called to cancel the service call. John said, ok, I'll cancel the call. and immediately hung up. No goodbye or thank you for contacting us in the first place or even have a nice day.

Calvin was amazing. He was on time, professional, and meticulous. Calvin installed three lights for us and went above and beyond by patching some areas of drywall, thoroughly cleaning the task area, and even removed the trash from the new lights for us. endorse this company and Calvin/Trevor/Brett in particular. Greg is an upstanding and thoughtful professional. I emailed him about what I thought was an innocuous electricity issue after hours on a Friday. Greg called me back on Sunday. He told me on the front end that he couldn't take the job because he was fully booked for a while out, but he was concerned about some of the issues I had mentioned in my email and wanted to talk me through it.He spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with me (on his only day off!!) explaining how my electrical system works, what could be causing the issues, and why that could be a serious problem. He knew he wouldn't make any money on the call, yet he took time out of his day because he was concerned about my safety. And he explained everything, from the basics of electricity to the specifics of the issue I was experiencing, patiently and clearly.
