Did a reasonable job minimizing inconvenience (day without power). Clear explanation of plan for work, clear communication of what was expected from me. Work seems to be high quality.

I wish I could give them more stars than 5 because they were perfect. They wired my whole house replace the existing panel and installed a new ground wire which i didn't have. I called Filippone Electric for a small job, but one that really mattered to my wife and I. We needed an outlet replaced to get the dryer in our new house working and a broken switch fixed for our kitchen sink garbage disposal. Al Filippone was very responsive from the beginning and forthright about when someone would be available to do the work. As it turns out they were availability a day earlier than scheduled. The workers he sent were professional, friendly, and quick and the price was fair. As a recent first time homebuyer I really appreciated the extent to which I felt like my small job was being treated as a really important one. They will definitely be the first ones I call with any future electrical issues.

I’ve only had my inspection so far but I really recommend this company! A Black owned business with wonderful workers. Maliek was professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. He was able to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer in a way that made sense. He also went over my home inspection with me and found issues that the inspector didn’t. Recently moved into an old house (1901) with outdated electric. Problems arose the day before settlement and Steve with TE sent someone out within hours. They analyzed the problem and provided an immediate quote. Following settlement, Dimitri began work and caught several major issues - the biggest being an ungrounded house with a bad negative connection. Once renovations began, he walked me through the issues and the best solutions. This was a major expense, so long the way, Dimitri looked for ways to cut costs and save me a few $$$. Overall, couldn't be happier with the communication, response time, and quality of service!

Greg is fantastic! When I first contacted Greg for a quote, he called me back while he was on a vacation. Greg didn't need to do this, but it shows the dedication that he has for his customers. During the entire lead up process, Greg provided prompt responses, in addition to detailed information about the work that he would perform. We needed to upgrade our panel as we were having AC installed in our house, and when I was getting conflicting information from the AC folks, Greg took to the time to speak directly to them, which was a big help to me (someone who has no knowledge on this topic). When the work was being performed, Greg called me each morning to let me know when he was on the way, and would show me the work being performed, and give me an explanation of what he was doing. I am extremely satisfied with Greg's work and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs Electrical work.

Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away.
