My experience with DMS Electric was absolutely great from start to finish. I had Derek and his team install a bunch of lights/outlets, install/mount a bunch of TVs and other electrical work in a dental office. I couldn't recommend this company more. I recently purchased my first home and contacted Gen 3 to corrosion in my HVAC system caused by a leak. Gen 3 was able to set me up with an appointment within the same week I called.My technicians, Joe and Rob, were absolutely phenomenal. They called me ahead of their arrival to let me know that they were coming, and were quickly able find the issue. Joe provided an on the spot invoice that showed me exactly how much each repair would cost and talked me through the work they needed to perform and in terms that were easy for me to understand. Even though the job turned out to be tougher than any of us thought it would be, they remained positive and kept me reassured throughout the process that everything would turn out okay. Joe provided advice on continued maintenance to my system after the job was done. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations.

The absolute best company you could hire to do any electrical work. Please don’t even waste your time or money calling any other companies. I did extensive research and had many companies come out and give me a quote. Which I paid for by the way. I luckily came across an amazing review of iTech and decided to give them a call. Best decision ever. Tony came out same day and gave me a quote that no other company could even come close to. I’ve used them twice now. They’re prompt, professional, fast, courteous, knowledgeable, do excellent work, and most of all they’re more than fair in their pricing. You will not get a better deal unless you’re an electrician and do the work yourself. I will use them for all of our electrical services from now on. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

They drove out here and cancelled because they couldn't find parking right next my house. There was parking a block away. I watched someone park 1 minute after they called me half a block up my street. All that needed to be done was to replace a couple outlets and to get a quote on some additional work for a later date. They complained to me that I scheduled them to come out when there was construction going on on an adjacent street, not even my street. As if I'm supposed to know when the city is doing construction a block up from my house.... They were extremely rude about it. This is Philly, parking is hard sometimes...
