They never called me. Once someone assumed he answered my question via EMAIL, I responded, letting him know he assumed wrong, but not once did they call me, even after several follow ups on my part. I went as far as requesting they provide a number of person that will be handling my quote as this is the only way to avoid unwanted SPAM. Zip, nada. They were not interested in assisting me and never heard back. No one likes to be ignored but at end of day, the lesson is on me as I contacted them a few years back, same result.

Quick response. Found the problem quickly and were very professional in doing so. Would use again.

Super responsive, on time, and efficient. The $195 diagnosis fee is a bit expensive in this case (one breaker replacement, which we didn’t know was the cause), but still 5* for responsiveness and efficiency. Highly recommended.

On July 12 the men came out to check my electric panel and charge me 55.00 dollars. I was ok with that but he said that if I wanted them to fix it, he would take 55.00 off my bill. And said he will send me a back down how much it would be to fix the panel. The he was going to send it that night. But he did not. So the next day I called him and ask him what happen I never the break down and he told me that he would email me the break down and I never got it. If he did not went the job,he should had said no I do not went the job I would have understood that but he should have never changed me if he was not going to take the job. I would understand if he took the money if I did not want the job done. I did not tell him yes; I wanted the job or noI did not want the job. I just need to figure out how I was going to pay him. If he does the right thing and give me back my money, I will let you guys know.And in the end they did right me!!Happy

Ed gave me a quote for replacing a seriously worn power line to my meter box from the PECO line on a Friday morning. Since I work from home and could not afford being without power during the week, he accommodated me with Saturday service. …next day!! In short he quoted and provide his service within one day…WOW!! He was able to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer in a way that made sense. He also went over my home inspection with me and found issues that the inspector didn’t. Also I was given two price points to choose from for the work I wanted. Great all around!

Amazing service from the estimate/quote to the completion of the job.I needed to have most of my house rewired. Tony came out on a weekend to give me the quote for the job, and they were able to start the project within the week so that it would line up with my schedule. Brandon Electric recently wired and installed two lights in our bedrooms and a new outlet. They were a friendly and professional team to work with! We are very happy with our new lights and outlet. They provided guidance as to where our new outlet should be located, which was very helpful. On top of that, they worked around painters who were at the house working all day too without a complaint. John installed all the lighting fixtures around the outside of my house. It was a job I felt I may be able to do, but might take a whole weekend. Instead, I thought I would consult an electrician to get the job done quick and right. He exceeded my expectations and was done in less than an hour. He worked neatly and efficiently.
