Returned my call within same day, followed through as promised, sympathized with my issues and expressed getting the kitchen electrical issues remedied immediately would be ideal, called when they had an opening and did the repairs a week earlier than promised! When they showed up on time, the repair was done efficiently. They were tidy and respectful, followed COVID safe protocol, friendly, professional and now our go-to electrician! Thomas Edison Electric installed Tesla Wall Connector. They did great job installing on thick stone wall and shield wire with PBC pipe. It was nicely done.

We had to replace the electrical service in our 100 y/o house. Reached out to three local electricians, Tony was the only one that arrived on time and provided a reasonable estimate. iTech worked with our family on scheduling. Replacement completed safely, cleanly, professionally and to code. Booties and masks worn by all staff that entered our house (without having to ask). Tony is our go to on anything electrical, why is he not yours?

I had called based on a friend’s recommendation, and I felt more comfortable knowing the business has been around for quite some time, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Ran into quite a few electrical issues when I purchased my first home, and I didn’t really know where to turn. Scheduling was amazing, and I managed to have someone (John) come out for service very quickly. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and gave me several options for how to remedy the issues, never felt any pressure in making a decision. Very personable, professional, and safe. Explained absolutely everything as he was completing the service, and it’s almost embarrassing to say, but I think he left my house cleaner in the areas he worked on than they were when he got there.
