A couple weeks ago our air conditioner stopped working at 7 pm the night before we went on vacation. Horrible timing. We called Fox Service to fix it because they installed our new HVAC unit 4 years ago. They offer an after hours service for instances just like ours. The tech came out by midnight and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. He charged us for the part but kindly advised us to contact the office in the morning to see if it was under warranty. I called after we returned from vacation and the service manager said he would give me an answer within 2 business days. He called me back the next day and told me the part was covered under warranty and that we would receive a refund for it within 3-4 weeks. Less than 2 weeks later we received the refund check in the mail. This is a great company and they do what they say they are going to do!

The technician was great! Gave 3 stars because they were scheduled to come out the day before between 9 and 1. Received a message that morning they were running behind and it would closer to 1. 2 o’clock rolls around and they haven’t shown up. I called the main number and they said the appt should have never been scheduled because they didn’t have a tech available. I was a bit frustrating to say the least.
