All in all a great experience.

When I called to confirm my final appointment, due to previous scheduling errors on their part- the dispatcher laughed at me. Even with the self-assured chuckle, they couldn't get that appointment right either. Remarkable.Asked 5 employees to have a manager call me- no call.Can't forget the best part: When scheduling my consultation for a new furnace, I was asked, Do you need anyone else there to make the decision?. My response: Like my husband? No thanks.
