All around excellent experience with this business. I was provided an estimate a couple years ago, but I decided to hold off on the work until just recently - and Grayzer responded almost immediately to my inquiry for an updated estimate. The cost and availability were both better than a competing bid, and just a few days later Max and his partner (whose name I didn't catch - sorry!) got all the work done in a flash, cleaned up after themselves, showed me everything was working, and made sure I didn't have any lingering questions before leaving. Thanks, y'all!

Well I've tried for 3 days now to give this company my business, but they don't respond to voicemails or emails.

Ok here is the scoop. Called several electric companies to do some work for me, actually change all the old lights and put new ones. I won a judgment in small claims against this company. The damages were for work paid for but not completed. Now they aren't paying the judgment either. Buyer beware!

They were the 3rd quote I got related to installing a new hot tub and upgrading my electric panel and they were the only ones that did not try to overcharge me but at the same time told me all my options and scenarios so that I could make the best decision.They were also great through out the entire process. Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

Jonathan was, hands-down, the best home repair/tradesperson we have ever worked with in over 30 years of homeownership. When we had a near electrical fire because of a much-outdated breaker panel in our 1922 house and Jonathan found out about our situation, he began managing our project at a moment's notice. While larger companies were wanting to set up appointments for the future, Jonathan immediately understood the emergency nature of our problem and instantly engaged with our project with photos and questions. He proceeded to coordinate the permits needed with the city and the energy department right away, and he even drove to the city office in person to move our work along faster when city office workers didn't return his calls. He communicated clearly about the process every step of the way; he was efficient and on time; and he was a strong advocate for our emergency project with the horrible bureaucracy that is the City of Austin. Rueben seems very experienced and knowledgeable for a young electrician. He installed two new outlets for us in two particular bathroom tight spots. Another time Rueben effectively worked to troubleshoot another systematic electrical problem. We too won’t hesitate to call upon him again for future electrical work!
