Project: Installation of an exterior fan on a front porch without existing electrical connection. The electricians from Grayzer worked tirelessly to determine a way to run electrical to the porch in the most aesthetically appealing manner possible, which due to the construction of the house was not an easy feat. Brock was able to get the wiring routed through interior joists directly out to the porch joist which I wanted the fan hung. Upon completion they left my home clean. I feel their prices are reasonable and their electricians are courteous, prompt, and extremely competent.I would recommend Grayzer Electric for your electrical needs.

I tried to use this company because of the reviews. The first appoint we decided to reschedule due to rain. The guy was late and did not call. I talked to the owner.Later that day the guy called and wanted to come and try to do half the work. That would mean 2 call charges. I explained since we were not sure what the issue was it was not a great idea, let’s wait until it is not raining. The next day, no call, no show.We own a small business and understand things happen. When you take time off and this happens it is hard to understand.

Absolutely fantastic! I appreciate how responsive Jonathan was throughout the entire process. They made sure to contact another 3rd party we were working with to ensure that everything that needed to be done was completed. Will definitely use Molitor again if/when we need it!

I cannot recommend Will Duhon enough. He told me that he is no drama, and man was he right. Other contractors like Fox Services gave me an estimate of $3-$4k for repairs to my main breaker box, but Will explained to me how he could do it for $1k. He did it quickly and with no hassle. It is so rare to find an honest and affordable electrician. But Will is not your average electrician, he is the best of the best in my opinion.

This is the note I wrote to Dial One....Dial One Team:Just wanted to send a note of appreciation for the GREAT service I have received from Dial One --- all the way from the receptionist to the person that came out and checked my problem (I think his name was Linn).I couldn’t be more satisfied, as the repair did not cost me any $$$. Linn contacted Austin Energy and the customer service department took care of the problem. While you didn’t make any money from this transaction, rest assure that you have built trust and a lasting relationship.I just got off the phone with the Tybray Property management, who manages the HOA in my complex. I’ve shared my story and your contact info. Tybray was very happy that issue was resolved and said they would keep you on the short list of contractors for future electrical requirements, etc. I hope you get a lot of business through them as they have large presence in Austin. Also, I will be sure to refer you to my family and friends.Again, hats off to your entire team of staff!

Would never have paid $170/hr. + $35 trip fee if I knew that the “two-installer deal” was a very slow trainee getting onsite training at my expense, basically. The job was very simple - just reconnect a cable to a meter and strap to foundation. When I saw it required an hour just to connect the cable, I ended the job early. Needed only a drill and screwdriver, but he had tool sets strewn across the yard. When I pointed out the job was a lot simpler than they were making it, the lead would reply, ”we got this, let us do our job,” etc. Called to speak to manager twice and never received a call back.

Adam and his crew replaced all of the flourescent lighting in our office building with LEDs, and also upgraded some of the wiring, as well as fixing one electrical problem. They were kind, professional, courteous, and on time from beginning to end, and their work was exceptional. They are experts in their field, and I give them the highest recommendation.

Booth installed a 220 line for my new electric range (had a gas range previously). He kept me informed of his progress through the entire visit. He conducted a electrical safety check and explained what he did when he was finished. He even swept the floor before he left. If you came into my house now, you would never guess that my new range had been installed today. I will use Bryant Electric again for my electrical needs.

Daren arrived on time. I explained our issue with the oven, he checked it out and explained the problem. He repaired it promptly and left it better then when he arrived. We both were baffled how someone could of wired the 220 plug incorrectly. All good and if we need an electrician again we'll call Armadillo Electric.

My parents needed some work done on their home, so we called and someone went out to complete the inspection and provide an estimate. We accepted and asked that permits be pulled to begin the work, 8 weeks later and no work has initiated. I have called numerous times to try to figure out the status of permits and only got one reply “yes and still working on it.” No other follow ups , no returned calls , didn’t even have the courtesy to say that the company was too overwhelmed with work to complete the job . Don’t expect professionalism and much less for something be done in a timely manner.

Irvin and his crew gave excellent service. We had several light fixtures, switches and outlets that needed to be installed/replaced during a recent remodel. They did such a great job that we will continue to call on them as we tackle more renovations. Very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.
