Meeting the electrician, Brock, just carried over my buyer's confidence even more. He arrived on time and got to work, helping me decide on placement, size, and set up. He instructed me clearly on not only how to direct the necessary masonry pre-work for my install but also on a recommended timer for my fixture. Next, he engaged me on desired fixture placement, treated all of my questions with respect and patience, and got to work on the wiring. The wiring and conduit was clean and unobtrusive. He saved me money by suggesting the timer setup and I've not looked back. Neighbors marvel at how tidy the conduit and end results look. And the light is a beautiful add to my home. Bon arrived ahead of schedule and was thorough with his diagnostics. My electrical issue was repaired quickly and at a fair price. Trutec is now my go to company for electrical repair.

William did good work for me about 5 years ago, so I called him about trouble with the bathroom heater. He came out to do an estimate but ended up resolving most of the problem (mainly noise) and saying the heater did not need replacing. So honest. No charge. He's a little slow answering email sometimes, but worth the wait.

He was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable, taking time to explain what he was doing and testing so I understood. He identified the issues and fixed them. 10/24/2014OMG I called panic stricken when 1/2 the electricity in the garage suddenly went out and I had no electrician!!! Called the emergency number and Brandon (insert superman music here) answered he showed up in 30 mins and found the problem right away!!! Brandon is fabulous!! He's honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He's wonderful!!! I am going to recommend them to my customers!

CP Electrical recently helped us with a major remodel, where we had soooo many things done. Leslie, Ram, and all of the electricians were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were professional, punctual, and excellent with communication. They truly went above and beyond all expectations and even advised us on how to get the city to turn our power back on (it had to be turned off for the remodel) ASAP when we were in a pinch. ATX Elec. was fantastic to work with. I had a very uncommon (so far) need of for a generator manual transfer switch where my F-150 Powerboost acts as the generator. Some electricians were very slow to come and talk to me about it and some essentially hung up the phone when I told them that the F-150 was the generator.ATX Elec. was excited for the project once I explained what I was doing. They sent out a tech in just a couple of days to review what was needed and started the work on the spot! After working through a few issues they were able to get my manual transfer switch up and running and I couldn't be happier. No more power outages for me!ATX Elec. was was, professional, and ready to tackle something new. I really appreciate their help.

James explained everything as he examined each section and promptly repaired it. He even cleaned all the housing and explained the maintenance procedures that would have helped.
