I cannot put into words how happy I am with the service provided by DialOne. The electrician, Tom, was extremely thorough and did a fantastic job in diagnosing and resolving our electrical problems. He found issues that 2 other well-respected electricians couldn't find. All of the work was done at what I consider a fair price, as well. I would highly recommend them!

Dunman electric did a fantastic job. We got off to a rocky start with a slight miscommunication, but Becky took quick action and immediately made things right. The techs where both knowledgeable and professional. They even completed the job on a 40ft extension ladder (I rented) instead of insisting on a scissor lift. The amount I saved on not needing a scissor lift covered the entire bill from Dunman electric. I will use them again for my electrical needs. Refreshingly good customer service.

Super friendly and really easy to work with. Loved how I could schedule everything and view my estimate via email. Never had to call or play phone tag with anyone. Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again for other electrical issues.

To be honest, my husband and I didn't think companies like Malco existed anymore. To make a long story short, we had been having some serious breaker issues at our home and with the heat wave that is currently occurring in Central TX, we were very concerned about our toddler having to endure any chance of our air conditioning going out for extended periods of time (which it had started doing more frequently a week prior). Chris and another individual came to our home to inspect the issue and they just blew us away with their professionalism and kindness. They worked in the sweltering heat and even waited once the meter was reinstalled by the electrical company to ensure there were no additional issues. If that wasn't enough, Chris even texted my husband a few hours later to ensure that we were able to run the ac/dryer/fan/etc without the main breaker tripping.This goes far beyond simply being a good employee and a good company. This shows true human kindness and the ability to see a customer as more than just another nameless face. This is the type of customer service that is missing from the vast majority of companies these days. Chris showed us that he truly cared about the well-being of our family and for that very reason, Malco Electric gained a loyal customer that day. He called the city, got the permit, fixed the problem, got the inspection and left still smiling. And, after seeing the bill, I'M STILL SMILING.I will never use another electrician. GREAT JOB!!!

My experience could not have been better with Bryant electric and Zac. They were quick to respond when i had an issue and then were amazing in troubleshooting the issues, explaining them clearly to me and then telling me what options I had (many of those options did not include using their service / paying them money). They care and they know what they are doing. I would not use anyone else for my AC or electric needs.

UPDATE: 6/2022 These guys - Nick and Evan - straight up heroes!! Our 20+ year old upstairs AC unit finally quit at the beginning of this horrendous heat wave, and these guys came out and crawled up into our tiny attic, got the big old unit out, installed the new unit and furnace when it was already 98° and got it done in one day. They were courteous and efficient and saved our lives ?We have had the best service from Efficient. We have called on them over the past 10 years and have been lucky enough to work with Ernest Rodriguez, who has been with the company for 13 years and is a true gem. They are very responsive, professional, honest and get the job done without charging an arm and a leg.
