Best Remodel Work in Austin TX

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

I can't be happier today than right this moment with Capital City Plumbing & Drain. They swooped down like Iron Man and Captain America and saved my day. I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Yet, I just found it a breath of fresh air given the morning I've had trying to find a plumber to help me.Hunter and Mike arrived, on time, well dressed, and were professionals. In less than 30 minutes, they had figured out what was wrong. This situation will require a follow-up, and I am looking forward to it. Who looks forward to future plumbing jobs? Not me normally, but I am now!Best yet, there wasn't some weird pressure-filled sales situation. They were honest, explained my options, and were fine with what we decided. The prices are more than reasonable.I have found my new plumbers! What a relief! I am so grateful to everyone at Capital City Plumbing & Drain for being experts and reasonable.

You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

1st plumbing services fixed the water problem at my apt complex and did an awesome job!!! thanks again to the employees for their excellent service.

He came to our rescue when we needed a sewer line replaced ASAP, and has helped us with many other things since. He is a pleasure to do business with, always smiling and cheerful. Wow, Alex and Desmond did an amazing job in my house!! They totally repaired my toilet that was in a very bad way!! They were extremely friendly and left with a smile on they’re faces. They also left my bathroom extremely clean!! Fantastic service, best plumbers in Austin!

Just had an amazing experience with these guys! I came in to the office on Monday morning after Thanksgiving break to see our water off. We noticed a huge leak into the street and luckily Cameron and Justin were here to rescue our week. The leak was pretty big as it was coming from the city water into our building so we expected to be shut down for a few days. First they were able to get me in the next day first thing in the morning. Then the guys were able to find the leak and fix the issue in less than half a day! Thanks to them we can now open our business even sooner than expected. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!

My water heater died last Sunday. On Tuesday, I was able to get the Cold is on the Right guys to come take care of the problem. Not only did they replace the water heater, but they helped with 2 other unrelated issues: replaced mixer valves in two showers and a toilet quarter turn shut off valve. Really glad they did the toilet valve, as he said it just popped off in his hand and could have shot off the wall at any time.Brendin, Mike, and Dakota got me up and running in just a few hours and confirmed I had hot water before they left.

I don't have to worry about any emergencies because turbo plumbing is always there for me, they told me they have 24 hr AC repair service in Houston, wonderful company. ?

Jason came out on a 4:45 PM emergency call, he was out by 6 (austin traffic can be rough and I appreciate him driving across town) and worked on the issue diligently for about an hour to get things squared away. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a service taken care of, and to any and all looking to remodel. Highly knowledgeable and very friendly.

Christian and Beatrice are thorough and professional. Christian has always gotten the job done for us, at a fair price and with no hassles. It’s nice to have them in the house, both because the job is getting done and because they’re very positive people.

It all went well. Ray Davis put in the water heater very well..... He did an extra thing which he knew would be required...and today the inspector clearly OK'd it....He also repaired a faucet in one of the bathrooms. I was happy he understood the problem.I highly recommend him !

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.
