Horribly run business. Owner leaves splices in attics knowingly. Has no clue what he's doing.

When I called ABACUS, Angela answered my call. Angela was thorough with information and informative. Cameron, our service tech, was very professional, explanatory and extremely polite. He arrived within 1 hour of my call to ABACUS which is remarkable. The service was conducted on my father's A/C. My parents are in their 90's and would have not felt well if they had no air conditioning. The service was over all excellent. We hope that Cameron will be our regular service tech.

2 weeks ago our AC stopped working and Efficient came and replaced a coil, the very next week the heater would not turn on (only in Texas need both working at once) and they came back and quickly solved the problem with letting me know all of my options and giving me realistic expectations of the wear of our unit without me feeling like I was getting sold or pressured to replace it. Brian and Justin were very kind and helpful, I felt like they had my best interest in mind. And true to the name, they were efficient workers and our heater was back up and running again in no time! Will definitely be using them again when we have needs in the future.

Ryan was on time, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. If I ever need a plumber I'm calling 1st Home and Commercial Services, and I'm requesting Ryan. He's a plumber you can trust. Excellent service!

I had Fox Service Company install a complete brand new system September 2017 and the Condenser turned out to be defective since installed. I've made multiple calls in an attempt to get the defective unit replace. To date I've not been successful. I've gotten call backs and told there would be a service fee, it's under warranty I would reply so then a couple times I'd get no call back. Been told my concerns would be given to a supervisor and no call back at all. TYPICAL NO SERVICE/CARE AFTER THE SELL. Time for outside help... What a shame on Fox Service Company.

Darvin came out and was friendly and professional. He was able to get my water heater on but the company charged $150 to turn it on which felt like they were taking advantage of me in a desperate situation. Nothing was wrong with my water heater, I was just not doing it right.

The reviews on here are accurate - they don’t show up for appts. Had an appt scheduled between 9am - 1pm. They were supposed to call 45 minutes before showing. No one called. No one showed up. Wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. Extremely frustrating when you’re an already busy person. My time could have been spent finding a company that will honor their commitments.
