Best Main Water Line in Austin TX

I would highly recommend Grayzer based on: Service, Professionalism and Cost. I recently had recessed LED lighting installed in our master BR, study nook and living room with vaulted ceilings. First off, their receptionist/scheduler, Jessica, is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful explaining their service and pricing. They schedule within a 2hr window...also a plus in my mind.Electricians Jim and Logan(? hope i got names right?) were very clear on when they would show up the day prior and then called ~45min ahead of arrival to ensure I was home. Both days they actually arrived early! Pretty surprising based on other contractor experiences I've had. Ultimately, they installed 13 beautiful lights across three rooms in 1 1/2 days and were very friendly and informative while they worked.I will likely be calling Grayzer again as I start my next project in the very near future. thanks!

Eddie and team were amazing! Friendly, professional, timely and did incredible work. The entire process of working with Abacus is a breeze. The operators are so nice and appointments are scheduled quickly! This is the second time we’ve used them- and will continue to call on only them in the future!

Cody diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of all of the bad or subpar wiring in our new house that had been left over. He worked a half day one day and then almost a full day the next out in the hot June Austin sun to make sure our electricity was solid throughout the house (including solidifying our AC and installing our Nest thermostat!). Great experience with ATX Electrical Services. They were very easy to schedule and responsive to questions and concerns. The electrician they sent out even took a little more time to talk about future projects after he was done with what we hired him for. I will definitely use them in the future.

Misleading about their massive fees and billing procedures; unprofessional office staff.Called them to come give me a quote for the repair of a commercial water heater and their response time sounded good. When they came out I was told that the Evaluation Service Fee, was 255$, regardless of how simple the issue is. Sounded excessive, but since that usually comes with the work, I said ok. Their technician Dominic was good with his work, etc. He was able to fix the problem (even with a few complications, i.e. blew one of our fuses touching two leads together so had to run and get more; needed a tool he didn't have on his van so had to run get it, etc.). So after the work, he said that his supervisor would not let him invoice me, which is somewhat unusual as well (and would have been nice to know upfront). Of course you try to work with everyone you want to continue doing business with, so complied in good faith. Well after paying, realized that I had been charged the full amount of the repair and then also the service fee. Since usually if I bid out a job to a company, on giving them the job they include that in the cost for the work. Maybe an oversight. Called their office and spoke with their Office Manager Jennifer, who when asked about it made it clear that she felt I was attempting to not pay them for the work done. I apologized and told her that I would like to keep doing business with them, but that the usual was to include a Service Call fee within the cost of the payment for providing the business. She was very clear that they did not feel they needed our business. Did not want to even let me speak to someone else, said I would have to schedule a call. No wonder they did not want to invoice me. Well point taken. I'll never work with this company again.If you are with the company reading this; please make sure that if you are going to charge an excessive service fee and not include it with the work (as is a standard in the industry) that you are making that explicit to the person who is paying.Misleading customers is unethical, and not very good business.

Totally recommended. First, the unit was not cooling. I didn't have the liquid (Freon) to cool. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils (on a new system). That was working perfectly, I am very grateful to Turbo

Water heater began leaking 24 hours before. They responded to inquiry within an hour, sent a tech out, quoted & then scheduled for the following morning.
