Worked with Grayzer twice, excellent experience both times. Their technicians were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what they needed to do and how they do it, and got the work done quickly. I will definitely be having them do more work in the future. I am super happy with the level of service I received from Dial One. The electrician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently installing new can lighting and other gadgets in my kitchen. He stayed within the estimated price and cleaned up too! I love my new kitchen!

To be honest, my husband and I didn't think companies like Malco existed anymore. To make a long story short, we had been having some serious breaker issues at our home and with the heat wave that is currently occurring in Central TX, we were very concerned about our toddler having to endure any chance of our air conditioning going out for extended periods of time (which it had started doing more frequently a week prior). Chris and another individual came to our home to inspect the issue and they just blew us away with their professionalism and kindness. They worked in the sweltering heat and even waited once the meter was reinstalled by the electrical company to ensure there were no additional issues. If that wasn't enough, Chris even texted my husband a few hours later to ensure that we were able to run the ac/dryer/fan/etc without the main breaker tripping.This goes far beyond simply being a good employee and a good company. This shows true human kindness and the ability to see a customer as more than just another nameless face. This is the type of customer service that is missing from the vast majority of companies these days. Chris showed us that he truly cared about the well-being of our family and for that very reason, Malco Electric gained a loyal customer that day. I had Mister Sparky give me a quote on some electrical work I needed. Nick and his colleague, Chris, arrived on time. They were thorough, professional, personable, and did a comprehensive review of my entire home's electrical system. At the end of the visit they provided me with a number of options to review and consider for the electrical work that needed to be done.I was super impressed by their knowledge, approach to customer service, and their thoroughness. Would recommend Nick and Mr. Sparky to others.

They came and changed out a fan and electrical outlet. It took less than hour. I was quoted $150 an hour and then was told it would $240. Spoke to owner who they called to get price to charge me. He agreed to stay with what he charged me for labor and than added $34 for the outlet. The fan was not wired properly. The light and fan would not work separately. they had to come back and rewired the fan.

Mike was excellent is his skills and he got the job done.

Highly qualified and scheduling an appointment with them was very easy. I explained what I needed done for electrical repairs and HVAC maintenance and they were able to quickly address everything. Very professional and knowledgeable about my equipment.

JP and team did an a great job installing our new light fixture! We were nervous to hang this fixture ourselves because of the weight and complexity of the light and are so glad we had it professionally installed. Global Electric is now my go to company for whatever work I need done. I ended up with a lot of water and electrical damage last February 2021, during the big freeze. It has taken a long time to get all the water damage repaired. But when it came to the electrical Global did a great job. They were on time and reasonable priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

After a recent ice storm and Austin's latest surprise reversion to 1890's living, I had enough. I bought a 7500 AMP generator. I needed a 50A inlet on the side of the house for said generator. Austin Electrical Services quoted me for an interlock kit that allows me to disconnect my house from the mains and run it off the generator. They showed up on time, did the work professionally, and briefed me on safe use of the system. They're local, and I recommend them!
