I had a ceiling fan that would not turn on and called for a technician to come asses and fix the issue. It was a very minor fixes, took them less than five minutes. They didn't charge me for the home visit because it was so minor. They were on time, professional and actually looked to two other items I needed help with. I will most definitely use them again.

He said he'd follow up with me in a few days with an estimat .Never heard back from Mike even after several follow up calls and emails.

This is the 3rd time these folks have come by because of an issue with my water heater and it is not their fault. I have a roof leak causing an issue. The technician Teddy is awesome! he is polite, helpful and I think goes beyond the necessary to achieve the work is done right.

Be very careful when you pay a prior payment because they put a small words with “non-refundable” at the bottom of the invoice. They did not work for me and not cooperative to refund even they said they they could refund. We are under dispute about this matter.

Francisco and Tyler called to advise when they were 10 minutes out, and got right to work when they arrived. They reviewed everything and gave me the game plan to make sure I was in agreement. I requested the location be adjusted and they completed exactly as requested. They explained all the parts and pieces, and even let me know the parts that had been swapped out (making room in the breaker), were still good and could be used for spares in the future! Kindly answered all of my questions (however ignorant they may or may not have been)!Pricey installation, however, I really valued the 4 year warranty and the trees being planted!
