I made an appointment with Mr. Duhon in order to gain an estimate for wiring a large office. I showed up as agreed and called Mr. Duhon 4 times, leaving 2 messages. He neither showed up nor returned my calls.Later that evening Mr. Duhon returned my call, apologized for the incident and offered a 15% discount for missing our appointment. He met me at the office the next day and gave me an estimate for electrical project.

I was really pleased with AC's work. I feel confident about them on quality, integrity and price. Took them a little time to get to us because they had a backlog but I would rather work with a friendly and honest outfit like AC then one of the big shops that just wants to squeeze every drop of blood out of you.

Alan was very detailed with his inspection and servicing of both my AC units. He took time to answer all my questions. He provided a detailed report about each units with pictures of any issues found. He provided cost estimates with a couple of levels of products. He was not pushy at all. Just informative. He emailed the information so I have time to research it and decide what I want to do. Great job, very professional

Helped get logistics zeroed in for my application installing transfer switch in main panel, running cable from one side of the house to the other through the attic and installing receptacle on exterior wall to accomodate interface cable for generator.
