Under promise, over deliver! They said it would be 2 weeks before my ev charger install, they were there in a week. Said they'd be there at 2, arrived at 1.54. Said it would take an hour. Lies again: took 36 minutes. Said I would charge at 20 miles/hour. Nope, getting 26. This team is good!From initial contact to install and the city permit inspector, response was awesome, friendly, professional, priced fair, and clean. Will absolutely use them again!

We were introduced to Klock's many years ago for fan installation in our home, and at the time we didn't know they also performed simple electrical repairs and installation. Since that time, we have tried other electricians for various odd jobs and repairs around the house, but their quality, pricing, and availability were always variable (and often disappointing). Recently, we have required odd jobs and additions in our home due to upgrading, and so we called Klock's to give us reliable service. Their bandwidth is amazing (i.e., they can handle almost any electrical job we need), and as time went on we noticed they are not only reasonably priced compared to other electricians, but very responsive and friendly. They return calls promptly, can often determine our exact needs over the phone, and we don't have to wait several weeks (or a month) for the job to be completed. They are now our go to company for all of our electrical repairs and new installs. They might have a ceiling on what they can do, but we haven’t yet found it! Highly recommended!

Crazy aggressive driver on the interstate.
Cutting people off, aggressive lane changing, blocking people regardless of the lane they are in to not get ahead, bad tailgating at high rates of speed.
I would never use a company that hires such employees.

These guys are awesome! 5 stars isn't enough. I will call them first for any future electrician needs at the business and at my own home. They went above and beyond during the unprecedented winter storms in Texas When we were the only business in the area that that still didnt have power, when it was restored to everyone else around us, after 2 days of straight brown out - I knew we had an isolated issue at our property. Mind you it was after 9pm, and I knew it wasn't a rolling black out issue (our meter was on) but no power at all in this large 3 story building. I called a dozen electricians and all were either no answer or told me it would be days before some one would come. Already feeling defeated, I looked one more time on google and found Morningstar Light & Electric and decided to call. Natalie promptly answered my call, I explained my situation, and after a brief hold she told me some one was on their way. Sure enough Ken showed up through the miserable driving conditions and walked and talked with me for over an hour and got our power back on. He answered all of my questions and showed me step by step what I could do it something similar happens again(I would have never figured it out - with all the knobs, buttons, levers on this commercial main disconnect).From the first phone call to them I didnt even ask about what their charges, rates, or emergency after hour fees would be- I was just glad to have a professional come out and help me . I told Ken and Natalie to contact me directly the next day and Ill take care of the invoice my self. A couple of days go by and Natalie calls me to tell me that Morningstar Electric is not going to charge us a dime!Electrician Ken and Morningstar Electric came out here in the middle of the night during an ice/snow storm that Texas has never seen before and gave light and heat to all the people stuck here! WITH NO CHARGE!

After a decade of home ownership, I'm excited to have finally found my go-to electrician.Jimmy has yet to disappoint. He's fairly priced, reliable, responsive, and an all-around nice guy. I've used him for multiple projects at my old house over the past two months and look forward to using him for many more projects in the future. If I could just find a plumber and a general contractor half as good as Jimmy, I'd be set.

Used this company several times. James and his team are prompt, polite and efficient. They are my go to people for any residential electrical work. Additional circuits, outlets, ceiling fans, timers. Nothing seems too big or too small. Highly recommended.

Had side-panels reinstalled less than an year ago, in which few nights back began feeling small jolts of electrocution against shower pipes and metal parts of the window next to the shower; JCElectrical even tried to schedule for us as early as possible, even though I've told them that it can wait until the week later. It turns out after few hours of diagnosis (they were super polite and professional while checking all the lines in our 2 story house going up and down the stairs while I worked) and they've discovered that the side-panel installers must have nailed over the electrical lines and the power were even leaking against the storm door (they even listened to me politely and patiently about me complaining about the contractors whom we've paid more than $30K to install). In any case, from the initial call in which they were up-front about explaining to me what possibly cause (they've suspected we'd need grounding, and will cost how much) all the way to verbal estimates on how much it'll cost us on our next scheduled appointment of installing ground as well as rewiring, it reflects how much they value their business (note that I've offered to pay for their work for that day, but was told that they won't invoice us until after the work is done - wow!). I've already recommended JC Electrical to a colleague who was looking for electricians, and I'd recommend them to anybody who is looking to do fair business of hard-working crews, and based on not just quality but being respectfully explained as their clients without making us feel dumb, and making us feel fair about the money we are paying.
