We had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Figueroa after finding the main breaker box outside was the issue, He was very punctual and showed up early before ETA and very friendly. He checked all possible outcomes for why we lost power and was very patient. Because of his professionalism and courtesy we will be using Bryant Electric for all our electrical needs and repairs in the future. David was great, very kind and courteous, a five-star technician. His knowledge of the system and what to look for far surpassed that of other technicians and inspectors, and he found the issue after a little troubleshooting.Another company who installed cooling equipment before we bought the house whiffed on that and it has never worked correctly. David located the problem quickly and gave us an estimate on the spot.

Third time I have tried to do business with ARS. I will never contact them again! They are incompetent in their knowledge of what the issue is and always needing to send someone else out. I was told they couldn't sell me a new hot water heater when in actuality they indeed can. I had to go to Home Depot and buy one as I was told it would also be cheaper...it wasn't. They always reschedule with me , and when they send someone else , that plumber has to send out another plumber. The scheduling is a complete disaster. Their statement of issuing a 100% refund on the work if not done correctly or to satisfaction is untrue!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND ARS!
