Best Fixture Installation in Austin TX

All around excellent experience with this business. I was provided an estimate a couple years ago, but I decided to hold off on the work until just recently - and Grayzer responded almost immediately to my inquiry for an updated estimate. The cost and availability were both better than a competing bid, and just a few days later Max and his partner (whose name I didn't catch - sorry!) got all the work done in a flash, cleaned up after themselves, showed me everything was working, and made sure I didn't have any lingering questions before leaving. Thanks, y'all!

Darin and his team were amazing!! Top notch service, outstanding quality, and excellent advise on where to place recess lighting. They installed 14 cans and switches in half a day...I won’t hesitate to call him and his team back for additional electric work. Thanks guys!

Had Bon from TruTec come out to help with a couple outlets in our kitchen not working (which turned out to be a case of severe self inflicted user error). While here, he helped replace our countertop outlets to GFCI, and bring our kitchen up to code. He was informative, personable, and incredibly helpful the entire time. We will definitely be going back to him for any future electrician needs.

Klock's electric did an outstanding job rewiring a 1930's home including a panel upgrade. Greg made it happen time after time. He stands behind the work and doesn't ghost you when an issue comes up. Hard to find compaines like his and hands down one of the best in Austin.

I called Molitor on Friday 12/16 when I'd lost partial power at my house. I was really worried as we were getting some really cold weather the following week and was afraid for the tankless water heater etc. They were very busy and the 22nd was the earliest appt they had but said they'd try to get to it if they were in the area. I got a call on Sunday from Dan, saying he'd stopped by and was able to replace a breaker in the subpanel and thought that would solve it. Sure enough it did! So grateful they fit me in. I'll definitely call Molitor the next time I have an electrical problem. I love having a local company I can trust to do work like this.

I made an appointment with these guys 3 weeks in advance because it was important that several people meet at the same time to discuss the bid and then called 3 hours in advance to confirm apt, and they still stood me up. No show. I will not be counting on them for anything.

Volthouse came out to fix the shifted meter box at my house. Volthouse was very responsive and made the process very quick and smooth. Roland and Terrance were really awesome and did an excellent job.

Epitome of making things right. Tech came out and made a mistake, led to an issue the next day, but Cody came out late at night got our issue temporarily fixed and then stayed on top of it and had everything made right in less than 48 hours. The true test of a company is how they act when something does not go perfectly and what they do to make it right. Malco aced that test

Hands down the best electrician we have used in Austin. Paul, and his son, were on time, did a great job of communicating issues and were reasonably priced. Two other items worth sharing: 1. Paul documented all his work - after the job, he sent me pictures (before and after) along with suggestions on how to address issues in the future. 2. I was extremely impressed with Paul operating a family business - his son is learning the trade and was involved in all the work. Kudos to ATEC for having a great family run business and providing excellent service!

The local electrician was called to repair the broken fan. They are both competent and likable, so you can put all your trust in them. I received it back in time for the celebration after his rapid work.

Though the tech we scheduled was out today, Kane came in his stead and did a fine job! Mister Sparky confirmed our appointment via email, called this morning to say the tech we thought was coming couldn't and would we like to wait for him or have another tech - great service, as I think most would just send someone else. I got a phone call when Kane was on his way as well as a text via which I could track his progress to our home. Kane was professional and friendly; he reviewed our issues and came back with quote options for us; then completed the work efficiently. I couldn't be happier with this level of service, as another electric company completely no-showed last week and didn't even call, nor could they give us information when we called them. We'll use Mister Sparky again!!! Thank you!

Bowne is one of the most professional and high quality companies we've ever worked with. Every technician who came to work was friendly, qualified and completed the work to our satisfaction in a timely manner. We are so glad to have found Bowne and will continue using it for future needs.

Personally I feel my experience with this company was bad all the way around. When I had concerns, they were not addressed except to say it takes time, it takes time. Its true they can get you placed on some lesser used sites but that was not so important to me. I was most disappointed in the overall poor customer service skills that seem to be on display whenever I emailed them.At this point like I said this is just my opinion, but it they charged me a $1 per month for their service, I would go somewhere else and spend 100 times more.In response to their response:As far as their statement that says the majority of their customers are happy and satisfied, I believe that you can look at the reviews and see that nearly 50% are rated at 1 star.

I asked this local electrician to install a switch and a socket in my home. He was punctual and finished the task fast. I was quite pleased with his job, particularly given how reasonably priced it was in comparison to other electricians in the region.

Brightside Electric did a great job. I had a pendant light fixture installed over my kitchen island. They were fast and affordable! Definitely will call Brightside Electric for my next project!

Really pleased with the work that this certified electrician did for me. He installed some outdoor lighting for my parents and did it quickly and without a hitch. I would definitely call this company again in the future!
